I was looking for an electrician to install a dimmer. SNR was the first on the list that came up for the request. When I indicated that I would like an estimate, they contacted me within 5 minutes. We were able to agree on a price and a date/time. I contacted them on the date they were to come, and they were running late on a job, so we rescheduled for the next morning (a Saturday). They showed up promptly and did the job in just a few minutes. I was very pleased with their service and would not hesitate to hire them again.

I placed a request on HomeAdvisor.com around 1 am. Mauricio called me by 7 am. He was at my house by 10:30 am and would have been there earlier if I hadn't requested that he come a little later. He quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed the faulty outlet. He also gave me estimates on other electrical projects that I need done. I will be calling SNR again and would recommend them to others.

SNR was very responsive and able to conduct the work immediately. They sent me pictures of the work (as I am out of town) and helped advise on how to hang the lights in our bathroom. I highly recommend them.

Mauricio called me shortly after I requested service on Homeadvisors.com. When he arrived about an hour later, he was great to work with. No upsales or something that I did no need. Only professional and personal service that is high quality. If you are not using S.N.R., then you just lost money. I will definitely be using them again because I have a couple more items to tackle, and I have someone that I trust.

He finished the job in 1 hour and brought his own 16 foot ladder right away. He even cleaned the light fixtures and the top ledge even though he did not have to. His work was very much appreciated.

I have to state that I never received the type of customer service and commitment that I have at S.N.R. Electrical Service. They met me an hour to posting the appointment on Home Advisor and quoted me a reasonable price. When I went to have another adjustment with other contractor, he met and exceeded the work that was promised from the other contractor. This family owned company has been committed to do what is right for my family and my wallet. I could never complaint this company enough to what they have done for me and I will definitely use them for other work around my house.

I explained my two trouble area and he quickly diagnosed and repaired both issues. Both were repaired within the minimum service call time allotment.
