Description of Work: Silverado Landscape has been my landscaper for close to 10 years. Their prices are extremely generous and their service is impeccable. They have cut our grass, trimmed and trees and bushes for a long time. I would highly recommend this company.

We hired these landscapers to clean the front and back yard of a rental home of over 3500 a month, large expensive property. The first time we had them out, they did a great job cleaning up the yard. Carla sent me pictures, kept me updated and completed the job. They did not, however, remove the leaves and trash fromt eh back yard. They filled the trash cans in the backyard to overly full. At this time the place was vacant, so those trash cans sat there full for over 3 weeks. We hired them to do weekly services for this property. After the first time out, we did not hear from them again and they did not go out. I called after 2 weeks and asked what happened? The new girl, Sharon, said that she took over for Carla and had no notes what so ever about us. They promised to get out right away to take care of the property. They lost the gate code, all our contact information and did not do the backyard. When they finally had the gate code to do the back yard, they said that they would be out that weekend, then that Monday, then that Wed and then Thursday. After having the property not being taken care of now for over a month, the yard was in horrible condition and the pool guy could not keep the pool clean. Everything in the yard was being blown into the pool. Because of this, we have to have our pool guy out several times in a week to try and get the pool back from being green due to all the trash in the yard being blown into the pool. I finally spoke with Jose (and also let Sharon in the office know 3 times) what EXACTLY needed to be done. (See email below) I told Sharon via email and phone multiple times and Jose (the head landscaper) as well. When they went out Thursday to finally clean up the place, the trash was left in the bins, the front yard not mowed, they blew everything into the pool, the 3ft tall weeds were NOT taken care of, etc. Also, Sharon does not know what she is doing in the office. She cannot send readable emails, they look like badly written text messages, and when asked a question, she will give you 3 different answers. I understand switching people and starting new, but when a client expresses a clean idea of what needed to be done, it should be done. Below is the final email that I sent to their company: I am emailing this to cancel our service for 1246 Almond Grove for the following reasons: 1) Forgotten service: We were ?forgotten? when it came to the weekly service that I set up with Silverado 3 weeks ago ? causing the yard to get horrible 2) Lost information: When I called asking why it has not been done, I was told there was a change of position (understandable) and that they would get out ASAP ? When they did , they did not have the codes that I had given them originally for the first job, nor the contact information that I had given, all that was also in past emails to this address ? which also was forgivable since changes in staff were made. 3) Trash Left: When they went out originally, all the trash/leaves were supposed to be removed, - it was not. It was placed in trash bins in the backyard. This is a vacant property, so those trash bins has been sitting there for over a month now, filled with trash. 4) Missed Promised Appts: When Sharon/Jose sent out the new crew, the could not get into the back yard ? again forgivable ? but promised to be out the following Monday to do the backyard now that they had the gate code ? they did now show until Thursday 5) Repeated Schedule Changes: Sharon set us up on a weekly schedule of every Wednesday. Then changed to Thursday 6) Work Promised to be done ? Not Done: I was at the property yesterday for separate reasons and this was supposed to be a normal weekly service plus a few items to do the following: a. Remove all trash the was left previous ? not done b. Remove all current trash ? Only backyard c. Mow front yard ? not done d. Mow back yard e. Keep leaves and trash out of pool ? not done f. Take care of high weeds by back door ? not done We are canceling your service and will be adding a review on angies list. Attached are pictures of work NOT completed.

I'm really happy with his work.
Description of Work: He retilled my lawn. He also graded the landscaping and resodded the lawn. He helped put in some crushed granite and flower beds. He finally redid my irrigation system to accomodate for some trees I put in.
