SHUTTER SOURCE

This company has been a nightmare to deal with. The owner Mark Morales initially seemed very professional and eager to get our business. We liked the outcome and thought the install was well done however, one month after install we noticed several louvers had broken from the frame. It appeared that the normal opening and closing of the blinds led to its damage. We noticed the holes that anchored the louvers to the frame were very close to the edge so just the slightest movement caused them to break. We called Mark and asked for the louvers to be replaced. He came out and replaced them but insisted it was our fault and demanded a service fee. My wife’s grandmother was present at our house and described her perception of Mark as hostile and argumentative. Naturally, we refused to pay the fee, believing it was not our fault. Since then, he has refused to replace any more of our louvers ( which are plenty, given the poor quality). We have even offered to pay the previous service call in hopes of establishing a better relationship and yet he still refuses. Please do your absolute due diligence when shopping for Shutters, as you could be stuck with a company like Shutters Source. The owner has been the most unpleasant and unprofessional person I’ve dealt with in recent memory.

Couldn't be more pleased!

Our living room windows looked bland from the outside, and we were hoping for added protection form high winds as well. Shutter Source had done a good job on our friend's house, so we decided to give them a try. The outside of the house looks much better with the shutters. The work crew installed all the panels in three hours and cleaned the waste from the job.
