We purchased Angie's deal of the day for a landscaping design for our front flower beds. After we received our design and quote, we decided to move forward with Roots doing the complete install. The end results are beautiful and we are very happy with our new landscaping! In fact my next door neighbor liked it so much that they used Roots for their landscaping needs.

Cameron was very nice and professional. There was really no rush in getting this job done as I knew I would not be able to do so immediately. I would suggest the inclusion of a drawing of some kind to illustrate the plans for those of us not good at visualizing.

Our patio looks amazing. Exactly what we wanted.

This provider did nothing. He came to my house, understood the landscaping plan I wanted and paid Angie's List for. After about two months I still had heard nothing from him. So I contacted him again, and he said that the plans were at a "contractors". It has been two more months, and I still have heard nothing. I want my money back from Angies List for this big deal, as nothing that you promised in the "Big Deal" was ever delivered.

Overall, I am very pleased with the final work results. The initial plan was not a very fancy drawing but it provided the necessary information. Met with Cameron to discuss exactly what work was to be done. It took several visits to the house to finish the work and that was the understanding from the start. The patio work was done very efficiently. He didn't always get here exactly when he said he would, but eventually communicated the situation by phone or email. That is why the B for punctuality. (One other landscaper through Angie's List didn't even bother to get back to me after initial contact although agreed to do so.) The patio and plantings look lovely. His crew was very efficient. I asked him to move the old patio stone to the side of the house as stepping stones and then decided I didn't like the result. He cheerfully had them moved again to new designated location. It was a lot of rock to move twice but he did it no problem. He did clean up all debris, etc., after the job was done. Cameron was great to deal with, seems to know what he is doing, and I intend to hire him for upkeep work and possibly for more landscaping work if I decide I want more plantings done. Our neighbors like the work and wanted his contact information for themselves.

Cameron came out with two helpers and they worked the entire day.....He made two beautiful gardens on the side of the house that were visible from my large double windows, a lovely bed at the front entrance, and a large bed following the fence that marks the back of the yard. It is just beautiful. The plants are very healthy and hardy and require little work! The back fence will soon be replaced by my back yard neighbor so we couldn't put in that bed in place because of the work on the fence....so he left all materials needed for that largest bed and will come after the fence is in place to finish the yard. He and his team did a fabulous job! They had a lot of concrete objects and other broken and unwanted items left by the previous owner, and they took them all away as part of the deal. I highly recommend this landscape company and know that they can make and execute a fabulous plan for any yard! I have only wonderful things to say about them! They magically turned this yard into a place I love and enjoy!

I used them through a big deal on Angie's List. It was very easy to use and contract with. They fulfilled the services as described. I would recommend them and use them again in the future.

The work was completed on time and the site was cleaned up before they left. Our neighbors complimented the work. My husband was very pleased with the finished job. We will have Cameron back in the new year for more drainage work and building a backyard bed.

They did a great job and the patio turned out great. I had trouble getting connected with them at first. But once we got the estimate, the job got done right away. I am happy with what they did.

I could not be more pleased with the job done by Cameron and his crew. From the design to the implementation, it was a smooth, fun process. Cameron's suggestions turned my vague idea into a lovely design that is perfectly complimentary to my home. His crew was exemplary, both in productivity and quality of work. They completed the entire project in less than two days and clearly knew what they were doing. All plants (primarily perennials) are doing great, including some shrubbery they moved to the back yard. I now look forward to opening my front door every morning. And when I do, I am greeted by a yard filled with life, color and variety. Thank you, Cameron!

ROOTS was very easy to work with and very knowledgable and helpful in our decisions about what to plant. They quickly installed all the new plants and did a great job of cleaning up afterwards. I was very happy with the overall experience.
