When my home flooded from a broken water pipe SERVEPRO came in and worked long hours to clean, pack and move my possession out of the house so it could be repaired. We called at 7:00 P.M. and a full crew showed up at 9:00 and worked until after 3:00 in the morning, returning by 9:00 the next day and several days following. They were very caring and acted very professionally, providing a large staff and equipment to get the job done efficiently. My loss was extensive and the bill is being sent to the insurance company but whatever the cost they certainly worked hard for their charges. Description of Work: Cleaned & removed fallen ceiling sheet rock and insulation from master bath & bedroom. Secured large holes with plastic. Removed all water damaged contents from house and took contents to their warehouse to dry. Remove baseboards and drilled holes so walls would dry out. Removed contents of the house so floors could be repaired without having to deal the contents. Brought in equipment to dry and remove humidity from the house. Packed out contents of the garage so repairmen could get in to repair ceiling.
