Serenity Carpet and Upholstery Cleaning

Description of Work: We used an "Angie's Special" offered by this company. This included carpet and upholstery cleaning. When Charlie and his assistant arrived I asked about additional upholstery and tile cleaning that I thought would require a return visit but Charlie took care of everything right then and the additional cost was so reasonable for the work they did. My kitchen tile hasn't been this clean since it was installed and my home smells very fresh. I'll be recommending this company.

Description of Work: Spoke with the owner originally and he had Charlie give me a call. I gave Charlie some basic information and he provided a "very" reasonable estimate. Decided to go with Serenity primarily due to the excellent Angie's List feedback as well as cost. Charlie arrived on time, cleaned our upstairs carpet and the carpet looks as good as it did when it was newly installed 2 years ago. No complaints whatsoever on the job. We will definitely use again the next time around. Thanks very much!

Description of Work: This one is a real winner. We hired this father and son company for carpet cleaning and sofa cleaning. This was a "Special Big Deal" by Angie's list. This is the first time we had an excellent experience with this "Big Deal" . We have obtained a puppy recently and our carpet was in bad conditions. They cleaned all rooms really well and our sofa smells like a new one. My wife stated that son (I don't know his name) was thoughtful, professional and very patient. We have been using large companies that always advertise (e.g., Sears) but this one is far better than any of them. Also the prices are right (even without special deal).

Description of Work: We had Serenity clean two rugs. They picked them up on-time, did an excellent job of cleaning them and returned them on-time. We would definitely use them again. They were very responsive and professional.
