Description of Work: Nothing. I tried calling and emailing several times to make appt and I talked to someone once but he couldn't make the appt someone else did that but never got a call back or an email from them.

Description of Work: I have called and left 7 messages and 2 emails for service and no one has contacted me in a week.

Description of Work: none. I called two or three weekends ago at the '832' number first listed in their ad on this website (which is also the number in the yellow pages). I called again a few days ago. I have not heard from them once. I gather they don't 'do' area or oriental rugs which was part of the message I left on the voice mail in both calls. Whatever the reason, because I had decided to use them this lack of response has put me about a month down the road without a resolution to the need I contacted them about. I started from scratch yesterday. If they don't handle the services I need, a call back would still be required ... at least by a professional or by someone who wasn't just simply rude. I guess they figured i'd get the message and I did. if they put themselves out there on this list and others, they have an obligation to respond to inquiries - even if just to decline the work.

Description of Work: Charlie did an excellent job at a very reasonable price. He arrived on time and got right to work. He also came back to do an extra small job (tightening the carpet in one of our rooms). The price for the second job was very reasonable and he did an excellent job.

Description of Work: We used an "Angie's Special" offered by this company. This included carpet and upholstery cleaning. When Charlie and his assistant arrived I asked about additional upholstery and tile cleaning that I thought would require a return visit but Charlie took care of everything right then and the additional cost was so reasonable for the work they did. My kitchen tile hasn't been this clean since it was installed and my home smells very fresh. I'll be recommending this company.
