They showed up on time and cleaned the carpets. Everything turned out fine.

Very fast and did a great job

Professional crew. Friendly. Moved things that needed moving. My house smelled fresh for weeks, and they completely got the odor out of what the dog did on the stairs.

They did a good job removing one of the tough spot on the carpet. I don't have too much complain on the job except they didn't use cushion for the furniture.

I didn't actually use this service because I couldn't get an appointment in time for my personal use. My mom used it several months later and she stated she was happy with the service.

As usual with deals, you always pay more that what is advertised because of the fine prints and the excessive mark up on what is not included. Provider was good and professional, but if you ask me to rate my experience with them on this "deal", I am not "delighted".

Its always the same. They give you a very aggressive price knowing that ones you already contract them there will always be additional and "necessary"upgrades to better perform the service. We contract the service for $154 and ended paying $245 Everything was fine, its just that I hate this type of practices

The deal advertised fell very short of what I actually got. Advertisement was for $149 for a 4-room cleaning that offered optionally to clean upholstery. I was expecting at least one more small carpet area to be cleaned along with these 2 chairs. If I hadn't picked the chairs and just stuck with carpet cleaning, he offered only ONE rug. What happened to 4 rooms?? He seemed very nickel and dime'ish, when I asked for his men to carry one of the chairs into the house to clean....his first response, "We're not a moving company!" Wow really? You can't do what took 2 mins to do?? He was also bent out of shape when I picked up his black light flashlight as he was cleaning, to inspect other areas. He was instantly put off by this saying, "Sure you can use my light" I was simply checking for more areas that could have led to MORE BUSINESS. He's stupid to have this attitude. I will not be recommending this company to anyone. The weak customer service attitude and the expensive price.

They did a very good job. My carpets looked great and they were very professional to work with. Would use them again.

We bought a special deal for $99 to clean up to 5 rooms. They were prompt, contacted me before arrival, were courteous and informative, gave us "upgrade options" but did not hard sell us on any of these. Fast, efficient, professional and did a great job. Would use them again.

They were prompt and explained what they were going to do to each stool, got to work and were at the house about one half hour.

Appointment window was 9-12. They called at 8:55 and said they would arrive about 9:30. They started the work at 9:45 and were done by 11:25. Carpet looks great. Cost was a lot more than I had expected but I don't get my carpet cleaned on a regular basis.

I have used Serenity Carpet and Upholstery before. They do a good job. My only complaint is that both times they tried to sell me more services.I know they want to make more money, but if the deal they're offering doesn't clean the carpet without additional services, then charge more. Don't nickel and dime me to death.

Good. Had one little glitch but they made it right.

They did an excellent job cleaning the carpet. We just didn't expect the separate charge to do the steps. Just a little shocked on the pricing. I didn't have a problem with there response time.

It was easy, quick and the floor looks so much better!
