Description of Work: Carpet and sofa cleaning.Guys were very friendly, punctual and attentive. Offered a range of services that appeared affordable. The work perfromed did not fit any deals they offered but he applied a deal and fit the work into that, making it very reasonable. Happy with the results (cleane up an expensive sofa very well) and i will have back in the future.

Description of Work: cleaned all carpets and tile floors w/ hi level equipment. sealed all tile floors (the builder had not done it) so stains would not sink in.

Description of Work: My special deal from Angie's was to cover 4 rooms and a hallway for a very reasonable price. We had been long overdue for a thorough cleaning of our carpets, so I knew that I would be adding cost by extending the cleaning to the remaining carpeted areas, including our double staircase. I also opted for upholstery cleaning of much of our furniture. The crew was punctual, polite, friendly, and hard-working. They took care to protect my furniture as they cleaned, and I was very pleased with end result. I highly recommend Serenity for both carpet and upholstery cleaning!

Description of Work: Cleaned 2 couches, 1 chair, 1 stool, carpet in two bedrooms, stairs, and cleaned 2 area rugs. They were very courteous and professional, on time with a call to me before their arrival. After thinking about the total costs, it seems a little steep. Other than that, very pleased.

Description of Work: They steam cleaned my couch and chaise lounger chair, and I also had the material treated to prevent future stain and spills. I then had the floor tiles cleaned, acid washed and the grout protected, which was additional, along with treating the furniture material.

Description of Work: Cleaned carpets sofa and love seat. Deodorized area rugs from pet stains and odor. They did a very good job on the one up stairs but the down stairs the odor came back the next day.

Description of Work: They cleaned all the carpets in the home, including the 9'X13" area rug in the living room. The rugs look like new. I am very pleased.

Description of Work: They were prompt and did a good (fast) job. The only thing is that when these pre-purchases are made, all companies will try to add additional service, as did this company. I know this is "normal," and it's not a reflection on this company, but I just don't like this bc it puts me on the spot, and I'm not able to research what I do or don't need. It wasn't so much the amount, which wasn't much, but feeling put on the spot. Overall, company was good.
