Description of Work: I bought Serentiry Cleaning Service for my sister & brother-in-law! The two men that serviced the carpets we nice, prompt & thourgh! I dealt w/ Keri whom was prompt on call backs & emails! Excellent company!!!!

Description of Work: This was for two visits to clean and seal travertine stone tile and grout. Everything went well. Leonard and his staff are friendly, efficient and thorough. This is the third time we used Serenity and I have no doubt we will have them back.

Description of Work: They were late, but called me to let me know twice that they were running behind. I had a horrible play-dough stain rubbed in my carpet (hot pink) that they were able to get out. Also, they cleaned my car mats which were badly stained, but came out great.

Description of Work: I purchased the Big Deal, $149 for 4 Room Truck Mounted Steam Cleaning. They’re very good! I’ve used them several times and I’ve always been very happy with their work. Their quality of their cleaning is great – the carpet looks brand new by the time they leave.

The measured square footage was over the package, and the addition of some pre-spotting and "smoke encapsulating additive" drove the price to $$350. Crew was thorough and professional. I was pleased with the results. Would use again.

Description of Work: Serenity was supposed to clean and seal the grout of my kitchen. While at my home they tried to sell me a supposedly higher grade sealant for $66. I told them, no.[nickel &dime] They didn't clean the grout properly because the grout lines are now like zebra stripes. Some parts are clean and others are dirty. I would not recommend them or use them again. Serenity needs to place in their add that some grout cannot be cleaned. Ad was misleading.
