Description of Work: The company could not schedule me on either of the dates that I requested (May 28 or 29). What they offered is Jun 10, almost three weeks away from now. But overall the lady on phone is nice and remind me to get a full refund from Angie's List. So it's fine for me on this case. I would try it next time if my schedule can be flexible.

Description of Work: They cleaned two oriental rugs and a polypropylene rug. before cleaning, they tested the rug to determine whether they could use only water or a dry cleaning solution. One required water and the other require dry cleaning. I was pleased with their professionalism and the job performed. I definitely recommend.

Description of Work: Cleaned the carpets very well. Really great job on that. However, we were the last stop and I think the solution was not fresh. Left an odor I haven't been able to get rid of.

Description of Work: They did excellent! They were punctual and actually requested to come earlier. Totally professional and very thorough. A couch damaged by leaking pipes with rust was able to be cleaned by steam cleaning. Repaired/stretched water damaged carpet back in place. I would highly recommend this company and will use them again. Could not be happier!

Description of Work: 3 men arrived that morning on time. Company also called that morning to let us know they were on the way to our house. They cleaned the carpet in steps, which included vacuuming carpet. They also repaired a piece of damaged carpet. You can expect them to be at your house for a while, since they don't rush through the job. Even though the carpet was clean, I won't have the company come back due to the fact the carpet didn't smell good to me.
