Serenity Carpet and Upholstery Cleaning

Very well. they were prompt and went to work immediately. I had intended on only cleaning one rug but when they looked at the other 2 suggested that I clean them as well. One had not been cleaned in many years.

They cleaned our kitchen, bathroom and laundry room grout and supposedly sealed it. The following week, I spilled some liquid and it seeped right through the grout, so I called them back. They responded promptly. The manager came with them and claimed I needed some kind of acid treatment on the grout, of course for yet ANOTHER charge. After they left, I notice that small pieces of grout were now missing. Two weeks later, coffee spilled on the kitchen grout, and once again, it stained. The grout was not sealed. I will never use this company again.

I paid for an Angie's List Big Deal to have area rugs cleaned. For $99. They came and did a good job. I made another appt. to have carpets and grout cleaned. Some of the grout still had stains, so they back the following week. The part I didn't care for is when they returned, there were suddenly more and more charges. I was told the way to get it clean was to have the whole kitchen acif washed- another charge. While they were here, the manager asked me about carpet stretching our office, and a very small corner of another bedroom, and was charged $149.00. We also discovered this weekend that , my baseboard has a slash across it from the carpet cutter. The price was much too high in my opinion. They were friendly and responsive, but very aggressive in "upcharging."

It was perfection! First, their employees, Ryan and Colin, were without a doubt the nicest service people I have ever had in my home. Uniformed and perfect manners! Their work was exceptionally thorough and their attention to detail was awesome. They put the furniture back and left the place looking better than when they arrived. I have used Coit for past cleanings, and I don't think their truck equipment gets the water as hot as Serenity's truck mounted steamer. (I won't ever use Coit again. They stood me up for an appointment!) Serenity has my future business. I'd give them an A+ if I could!!!

Wonderful! I almost thought I was going to have to reschedule because I got caught in a wreck in route to the house. Leonard and crew were so accommodating! I cancelled and rescheduled and then called them back and said I was going to make appointment. Leonard gave me suggestions on additional services that would make my property shine. He also gave me a discount on the additional deodorizer he suggested. I'm a repeat customer! They are my go to service for carpet cleaning!

The service was prompt and the men were very courteous. They gave me an estimate according to the amount of staining and square feet. We had adopted two dogs who were untrained and we had serious stains and odors. The price was fair and they worked quickly and professionally. I have never had a better cleaning job on my carpet. It looked almost like new, and we have had it for at least 10 years.

I could not have asked for better results. There were crayon, marker, pen and colored drink stains etc. all over the carpet. After about 1-2 hours, the technicians removed all the stains. There was one vomit stain from my toddler niece that I tried to remove myself for the past year. The technicians removed that too. The carpet is 8 years old and looks new after the cleaning. I will use Serenity in the future and would recommend them for carpet cleaning.

After reviewing several companies on Angie's List, I narrowed my search to Serenity and one other company. After talking with both on the phone, I chose Serenity because Leonard was very courteous and professional and gave me a fair price. On the day of service, Leonard and his assistant called well within the service window to tell me they'd arrive within 45 minutes. Before entering, both technicians introduced themselves and put on protective shoe covers. As we walked through my home, Leonard checked for spots and re-explained what they'd be doing. He did tell me about an additional service (Teflon coating) that they offered but did not pressure me to purchase it. At all times, both technicians were congenial and worked efficiently and professionally. When dry, the carpet looked great. Thus, I highly recommend Serenity Carpet and Upholstery Cleaning and plan to hire them again in late Spring.

It was fine. Everything turned out good. It didn't cost over the big deal price. They just did a good job.

They got out stains that nobody else could, and give me a great price on a sealer.

Serenity did a terrific job. Leonard was very helpful in arranging the service. The technicians were on-time, professional, and efficient. Pricing was straight-forward and reasonable. They were able to accommodate some special cleaning requests and our carpet and a sofa were cleaned beautifully, eliminating pet stains and odors. I would highly recommend them.

Things went great. The technicians were courteous and professional. They did a great job of communicating their estimated time of arrival. The carpets looked great when done.

It went well. Ryan called about 15 minutes before arriving and he and Colin went right to work. they even did some extra work for me while there. They cleaned up after the job and were very easy to work with.

The team from Serenity pretreated, cleaned and post treated the living room where most of the marking and throw-up took place. After several months now the house still smells fresh and clean. The team of two young men was very professional, arriving on time and getting right to work. One of our dogs got sick the next week and we were expecting company the next day. I called Serenity and Leonard, the proprietor, came out himself since all his teams were busy. He was extremely accommodating on short notice, professional and helpful. We plan to use Serenity again and highly recommend this company. Good communicators too with email confirmations and pre-arrival phone call.

It went great. Leonard showed up on time and got to work right away. I didn't realize that stretching carpet was such labor intensive work, but he got it DONE! He then cleaned the carpet and got out a lot of stains from an old cat. Once that was all done, Leonard went to work on the very dirty grout between the tiles on my kitchen floor. It was amazing how he was able to bring the light color back! I recommend Serenity without hesitation.

The two young men who cleaned my carpet were just great. They wore the booties, they moved furniture and rugs that needed moved, they worked around furniture that wasn't being moved. The were professional and thorough, and just nice people. And they did a great job. I am very happy with them and will call them again.

Great communication and scheduling was done promptly. The staff was extremely professional and took great care with regards to furniture and flooring. The carpets and rug look fantastic. I have a dog and a cat so there was significant dirt and some stains. They went over the entire area with a blue light and treated problem spots. I will definitely recommend and use again.
