Leonard (Gen Mgr) worked with me from the quote through the job. He was very professional and knowledgeable. Everything happened when it was supposed to and appropriately.

I signed up for a special on Angie's list and they charged me three times as much. They told me it didn't include pre spotting. They talked me into treating the carpet after it was cleaned.

Everything was exactly how I expected. I have no complaints.

They did a great job. They cleaned our tile. It was top of the line, very high quality. We had no issues. Thy did our kitchen, they stripped it down, cleaned all the stains and grout. They used like a steam cleaning machine.

They did a good job and so on and so forth.

Cleaned tile first and came back a few days later to clean grouting as some grouting was dirty. The grout needed special attention, and the first general tile cleaning did not include that special grout cleaning. They responded quickly.

Carpet and rugs are clean but they lost the soft feel they had to them. They now have stiff fibers, wish they could have left them soft feeling again. Spent $600 to have them cleaned but feeling this way, little disappointed.

They did an excellent job will definitely use them again.

They did an excellent job in cleaning my tiles & carpet; and a reasonable for their cleaning job; a crew of three came out and they didn't take that much time to finish job for a thousand square feet of carpet plus the tiles on my master bath & kitchen;

They gave me an excellent price and did a superb job. I have used 3 other carpet cleaning companies and Serenity has been the best!

Very little difference in the tile,after the cleaning.

the dog mess cleaning was satisfactory. However, after cleaning and polishing the stone floor, I was shown where the stones needed to be replaced. It would have been more appropriate to be shown those problems prior to spending the money on cleaning, sealing, and polishing them.

Ok. Carpet is only a couple years old. Expensive. He claimed it was much older. Wasn't sure if he could get it clean. It came up ok. Not sure if he was using enough spray to prep area.

They were hired to clean my tile and grout. My grout was totally messed up and I had to pay someone to come and redo it. The guys apologized and I left them alone to do the job, but if they saw the damage they were doing, they should have stopped.

Went well. It looked like all the stains were gone. A week later I noticed some were back. I called and they came out and redid the spots. Now the carpet is CLEAN. These guys are great! I will only use them for carpet cleaning.

When Ryan arrived, he looked over the floors and the carpet. They were willing to help me move anything out of the way that I needed moved. They inspected the carpets to see if additional services were needed and gave me a great rate on these services. I was very impressed with their work and their manner. I will definitely be using Serenity Carpet Cleaning again.

Technicians explained the pet stains would be difficult to clean so they took it back to their shop. Many stains were not removed, which was to be expected but rug had a pleasant but strong scent that lingered for a month.

Prompt, polite, and professional service all around. There was a bit of confusion about the area I had described (more surface area than they had estimated over the phone for quote), so they had to charge about $50 more than anticipated but it was fine. My cat has not returned to that area of the couch thankfully but it does still have a faint urine odor when you sit there which I was made aware of when I booked the service so no big deal. I'll probably eventually need to change out the cushion itself anyway.
