Security Camera Systems

They came out and installed the cameras but never asked me the locations that I wanted them installed at. I agreed to purchase additional cameras since they were not placed in the correct area. When I received the bill there was an additional almost $200 on to the total amount. I paid him for the work while he was at my house. When he left he handed me the instruction booklet and then left. When I looked in the booklet it said that I should receive a 2 hour tutorial about how the system works which I never received. I feel that I was over charged and he refused to come back for the tutorial after the installation. I had called him and sent him emails which he never responded to. This company is not trustworthy and I would never use them again. They haven't honored any of the guarantees in their contract. They've not been back out to review the work and they've been screening my phone calls. I contacted them for help but I haven't heard back from them.
