James contacted me quickly and scheduled the work within 2 days of my initial contact. He came out when he said he would and did all the work and killed a wasp's nest besides. For an additional nominal fee also trimmed back some trees limbs getting too close to the roof. it's nice to have pictures of the work that was done too.

It was a wonderful experience and the workers and owner was extremely professional. The roof and gutters made the house look like a brand new home.

It was pleasure and a very professional experience to work with James / Secure Roofing on the work that needed to be done to re-shingle my entire roof and install new gutters. From the original quote to scheduling for the job to obtaining regular updates as the work was being done James was exceptional with regards to communication and attention to detail. He even communicated directly with the plumber that was working on my house as we needed to install an extra vent. I wish James and Secure Roofing the very best and hope that more companies will perform just as they did on this job.

I found James through Angie's List because he had a roof Big Deal posted. I sent him an email. He responded in just a couple hours by calling me. We did a lot of preliminary work via email... Like sending photos of the problem, etc. so he could access from afar. He scheduled a time and a date within the week, which he kept. He called me before he came over to let me know he was on his way and confirm I was there. These little things mean a lot to me... As I don't like to sit and wait around for someone how may/ may not arrive when scheduled. While he waited for his small team to arrive, he walked my roof, to access all the needs I may have, which made me leery, always expecting someone to find a million things wrong and then give me the big sales push. He gave me a cost of the repairs I needed, for which I had called him, as well as some additional things he should have me take care of while he was there. VERY reasonable and I was very happy! He made me aware of trouble spots here and there, but they could wait and he didn't push it... Which I appreciated. His small team arrived, they got to work. VERY clean! Very orderly. Quick. Professional. Respectful. James worked with them. He's a human guy. He's easy to work with, talk to, no BS. I will use again if/ when the need arises! I would recommend him to anyone! Thanks James!

On Thursday, February 21, 2013 I had a tree fall on my house causing a hole. Of all days, we were expecting 100% chance of rain. About 2:30 a.m. my two sons and about six of their friends came over to temporarily cover the hole. I went on-line to get free estimates for roofers. I had three responses. The first one was rude and the price was ridiculous. He wanted $1,000.00 just for one beam. The second one's prices we also a little out of my range. Then to my delight, Mr. Pruett contacted me. He arrived Friday evening to assess the damage. As I suspected, the damage was not as severe and I did not need to spend all of that money on just one beam. We set it up for him to come in on Saturday morning. He was here about three hours. Repaired the beams and the hole in the roof. He even offered to clean the sheetrock, wood pieces and dirt, but I declined. I was happy that my parent wouldn't come to my house and find a hole in their bedroom. Mr. Pruett was prompt, respectful, cheerful and courteous. He did such a wonderful job, I've asked him to return in one year to redo my entire roof. I would definitely recommend him to friends and family.

James Pruett with Secure Roofing came out an provided a competitive estimate after we were referred to them by a family member. They inspected our roof and identified some things we could do to better ventilate our attic to save money on our electric bill. Their roof crew came out and finished the job in one day as promised. We had a good experience from start to finish. I would highly recommend them to Angie's List members.
