I sent him an email. He responded in just a couple hours by calling me.
We did a lot of preliminary work via email... Like sending photos of the problem, etc. so he could access from afar.
He scheduled a time and a date within the week, which he kept. He called me before he came over to let me know he was on his way and confirm I was there. These little things mean a lot to me... As I don't like to sit and wait around for someone how may/ may not arrive when scheduled.
While he waited for his small team to arrive, he walked my roof, to access all the needs I may have, which made me leery, always expecting someone to find a million things wrong and then give me the big sales push.
He gave me a cost of the repairs I needed, for which I had called him, as well as some additional things he should have me take care of while he was there. VERY reasonable and I was very happy! He made me aware of trouble spots here and there, but they could wait and he didn't push it... Which I appreciated.
His small team arrived, they got to work. VERY clean! Very orderly. Quick. Professional. Respectful. James worked with them.
He's a human guy. He's easy to work with, talk to, no BS.
I will use again if/ when the need arises!

I went on-line to get free estimates for roofers. I had three responses. The first one was rude and the price was ridiculous. He wanted $1,000.00 just for one beam. The second one's prices we also a little out of my range.
Then to my delight, Mr. Pruett contacted me. He arrived Friday evening to assess the damage. As I suspected, the damage was not as severe and I did not need to spend all of that money on just one beam. We set it up for him to come in on Saturday morning. He was here about three hours. Repaired the beams and the hole in the roof. He even offered to clean the sheetrock, wood pieces and dirt, but I declined. I was happy that my parent wouldn't come to my house and find a hole in their bedroom.
Mr. Pruett was prompt, respectful, cheerful and courteous. He did such a wonderful job, I've asked him to return in one year to redo my entire roof. I would definitely recommend him to friends and family.
