Description of Work: He arrived on time and went right to work. He looked at our five year old GE washing machine. After about ten minutes he reported the transmission was locked up and it would never spin again. He recommended Sears to replace washer. He charges service fee and left. Later that same day a friend stopped in and I told him about the washer and he took a look and used some oil and wrenched the nut/bolt loose and greased it. It is worked fine to spin and drain again. I am not happy with Sears service repair here in Mission, TX. I won't call them again.
