Description of Work: He remodeled our master bedroom and a family room.

Description of Work: We hired ScottFord Homes to demolish our old garage and breezeway and build a new one. This included removing the old foundation and pouring a new foundation, building a new garage and breezeway, with a new garage door and motor. The garage was unfinished on the inside (no sheetrock). The entire job (start to finish) took just 10 days and was very reasonably priced and executed with good workmanship. After that experience we hired them to prep our house for sale. This included removing the existing cedar shingle siding and replacing it with hardi-plank, repainting the entire exterior of the house, adding a wood deck in the back, repainting the entire interior of the house, replacing all interior doors with six-panel doors, adding lights to all closets, refacing the massive brick fireplace with travertine tile, sanding, polishing and adding a new coat of polyurethene to all of the hardwood floors (7 rooms and a hallway), adding bracing to rafters in several areas in the attic, and remodling the master bath (including travertine tile, and expanded mastershower, refacing of all cabinetry, new vessel sink, new shower hardware, new toliet, frameless glass shower door. The cost of the garage was about $20,000 and the cost of the home remodel was about $26,500.
