+ -1 moreSteven still owes us reimbursement for repairs made to stop the leaks in our home.
Description of Work: Steven built our home. It leaked when it rained. We had repairs made to brick and roof. Steven could not fix the problem, so we had to hire a third party for repairs. Steven was supposed to reimburse us, and years later we are still waiting for reimbursement.

+ -1 moreWe used Steven to build our last home, which was custom built. We moved and now we are adding onto our house. He really knows his stuff. We are living at the house during the remodel and he has taken the time to make sure sub contractors are respectful of our space every step of the way. He works in a variety of areas around Houston so he is familiar with a lot of building codes.
