Description of Work: Found this vendor on the jennair website for a specific cooktop. The sales team was very nice, upfront about pricing and even stayed open a little late so we could arrive in time to buy the cooktop. Their installation guy did a nice job too.

Description of Work: We purchased a difficult-to-find downdraft cooktop from Sara Appliances. Mohammed was willing to stay open late so we could run over and see the model item. In addition, Mohammed provided great service in keeping his word on the delivery date, keeping us up to date on the arrival of the cooktop and helping us set up the installation of the cooktop. The gentleman who did the installation was very nice and did a great job.

+ -1 moreI was looking for a specific TV and I called around and they had the best price. The employees have good knowledge. They didn't greet me at the door so I had to know where I was going. They put other business' to shame based on the quality of the display's and products. They were cheaper by about $500.00 then any other quotes I had for the same product. I called and talked to a salesmen and when I arrived at the store he was very prompt in coming to help me. I got a same day delivery. They also provided in home consultation if I were to have any problems. I was impressed with their knowledge of the appliances versus other people that I had questioned.
