Description of Work: Stacy worked with us to figure out what issues we had and helped to maximize our insurance claim. Very professional. Replaced our sewer system on 1964 house and helped us figure out issues that stemmed from a remodel done 4 years ago. Also placed some piers while the tunnels for the plumbing were dug more to make sure we would not have any future issues. Not the least expensive, but I would not have trusted anyone else to do all that work for us.

Description of Work: This firm did come to my rental home 1 week ago, never received a call the day of inspection, I had to call and speak a very rude and short lady. She stated she was working on estimate and she would email to me. That was a week ago to date no phone call no estimate. I called back today Wednesday June 27, 2012 and again spoke to the rude and short sounding lady. Her exact words "what's your number" when I asked to speak to the owner "he's not in" of course he's not...... Because of the ruddeness of this companys office help I told her never mind we will go with the other company for our repairs! I realize in today's time it is really hard to find good help, guess the owner doesn't mind losing business. Just by the mere fact he has someone like this working for him tells me he is not anyone we would and or will do business with! Jacki
