Same Day Emergency Roof Repair - Frank made contact with me and had his guys at my house to access the damage on my roof. After the estimate was made and approved his guys started working immediately. It took a few hours to complete entire ridge vent and some singles. Professional and to the point business. Definitely recommend.

The only reason I wrote this review is because I donâ t want any other victims fall into Frank Montesâ fake warranty promise. After 6 months later, I have roof leaking and as soon as Frank Montes realized I am his old customer and asking him if heâ s going to honor the warranty then he stopped responding and never came back to fix the leaking. His roof maintenance is caulking and his â warrantâ is totally worthless, in my case. Over charging me $1,000 for some roof warranty he does not plan to honor. Please do not trust his good reviews in Angi, these reviews were asked by Frank Montes right after the service, and you cannot modify it once submitted. If Angi allows users to update their reviews afterward or Angiâ s customer support can double-check with existing customers if Frank Montes ever honors his warranty, then you will find out what kind of business heâ s doing. Please do not write any reviews right away, just wait and see when you need Frank Montes to honor the warranty, then you know I am telling the truth. Donâ t fall into Frank Montes fake warranty promise.

I hired Frank to fix my roof in 2023 and it seemed that the work was done. However, I noticed a leak from my roof after the hurricane Beryl which tells me they didn't check throughout my roof for loose asphalt shingles. I texted him since and no answer and I cannot find his company anymore so I guess my 2 year warranty is no longer valid

When I hired Frank to fix my roof, I basically hired Tim Allen from Home Improvement. True to their name it was a (1) one day job. Frank looked over my roof, pointed out what did (and did not) need repair. That afternoon his guys were on site and quickly did the work. Frank is the consummate, honest professional. I also had a bit of facia problem which he fixed - gratis. Frank will be my go to guy for any future work. Hands down, the best work Iâ ve ever had done,
