At first glance everybody was very kind and it seemed to go very well they offered me a free alarm system with waived activation fee and also a $250 referral as a realtor/broker. When the work was performed and everything was complete I noticed that there were many blank areas in my house they were unprotected when I requested additional protection they tried to charge me over $900 for sensors. So basically only the front of my house can be protected with their program not the entire house and you have to sign a contract that cost you roughly $1800. That's not the worst of it when I referred them other people they use my Social Security number and name on the contract for a house I never lived in Internet holding me responsible for that contract. The man behind this potential he perpetrated fraud is Richard Smith who is the manager out of Kansas City who basically told me tough luck the contract stands and I would be held responsible personally for house I've never lived in or owned. The worst part is ADT corporate told me I had to deal directly with them so now I have to seek legal advice on the situation. I would stay as far away from Safehaven security as you possibly can as their service is definitely an F or F minus.
