Description of Work: I wasn't charged the full amount, but that is what was quoted. Needed my kitchen faucet replaced, as well as the spout in my tub/shower. Guy quotes me $965...I decline the $300-some-odd dollars to install my kitchen faucet, but instead agree to the shower repair. Guy worked on the shower for about 30 mins before I changed my mind and found a better price. Guy was very respectful, but charged me $200 for labor...for 30 mins... | |Found someone to do my kitchen faucet, plus shower/tub for $300. Everything works and I'm very happy with their service. | |Overall, probably won't go with this company again simply because everything costs way too much. Nice people and prompt, though. | |Don't feel like I should've been charged for 30 mins of labor (30 other minutes for the tech's observation of issue)...but my mistake for not disagreeing to the service initially. | |Thanks!

Description of Work: Showed up, told me I needed a whole home repipe with out even listening to the problem or looking at anything. The reason was I had dirt in the water heater. The next week the dirt had cleared out and the water is clear.

Description of Work: sewer diagnostic to detect with the camera were the problem(s) were. |that was detected and noted. the big hit was there price to fix, repair the issues. $8,000. yea you read that correctly. I had a plumber who has worked for me come look with a camera etc. the job was done by him, (yes he is licensed and HONEST) for $1,200. thus my point is unless your in an emergency situation, SHOP AROUND, the difference can be significant.

Description of Work: The overflow in the tub was leaking. He said if I just used the shower it wouldn't be a problem or he could replace the drain. I am going to redo my bathroom and will call them to replace all the fixtures. I've used the before and will continue. They are excellent !!

Description of Work: The guy used a camera and equipment to blow out a large section of tree roots in the pipes. Also showed me how to loosen cap to drainage outside to prevent flooding in house if water is backing up in the tub or shower. It took awhile to get it done but he did it well!

Description of Work: They came out and did a clean out of my line. They left saying everything should be fine. My toilets continued to be sluggish and overflowing. I called them back out. They cleaned the line again. This time they got whatever was clogging it. I haven't had problems since.
