He was there within the window of time he was expected. He cleared the line. The work was done quickly and neatly. We had to call on a Sunday night. It was a very smooth service call.

Jeff Sr., the master plumber who came, was very experienced, polite, and very pleasant to deal with. I dont think I could ENJOY having a stopped-up sewer, but he sure made us laugh with his plumbing stories (yes, you can flush a GI Joe down a commode - you just cant flush anything else after that). He turned a frantic day into a (sort of) good memory. He also gave us a gallon of drain conditioner. The work has a 6-month guarantee. We thought the price was quite reasonable (quoted up front) - we would have paid ANYTHING to have this mess cleaned up so we could go on our vacation. (He did not know we were leaving on vacation - thats not the kind of thing to tell repair people!) The dispatcher guy I talked to was also polite and helpful - he got Jeff Sr. there an hour before the promised time.

They told me they couldn't clean the drain because he didn't have the equipment, but he could send someone out to give me an estimate to re-rout the line. They also told me about carbon monoxide in my attic, and that I needed a new attic. They were trying to build up more business, it sounded like. It turns out I just need a plumber to come out and clean the drain.

I had three faucets to be changed out (I provided the faucets) and a toilet with the innards to be changed out. The original estimate given on-site was $825.00. I told the service man that I could not afford that. He then contacted the Supervisor and the price was reduced to $500. I told the man that was too much. In the end I only had one faucet changed because it was leaking so bad. I subsequently contacted another plumbing company to complete the work for a lot less. I have always used Roto-Rooter where I lived before (different states) and have been pleased with their performance. Needless to say, I am not pleased with the company I dealt with here and will not call them again.

Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Drain did a good job. I was so satisfied with the work done. I have not had any problems since the work was completed. They were very respectful of my home. He even took his shoes off at the door. The job was well done.

I have used the same plumber for a few years now; most recently, he was out to unplug a large drainpipe. They had to go deep into the pipe so they used the rotor rooter to unplug things for us. Rotor Rooters are very efficient and helpful when you have a plumbing problem. I will continue to use their service, as their prices are reasonable.

Roto Rooter returned my call immediately and came around to give an estimate to clean out my drain. Their prices were fairly reasonable and they were able to explain the guarantee of their work. The drainage repair was scheduled on the spot and the plumber was well equipped. He unclogged the drain quickly and ran water for a few minutes to check it and the water was draining really good. He did an excellent job, was very friendly and experienced and cleaned up very well.

Actually I contacted these people because Ive always heard of Roto Rooter. I found them to be very efficient and friendly people. I might have gotten a better price from a plumber had I checked around but I found them to be superb and repeatedly have used them. There was a mess here to begin with and when they left it was nearly spotless.

The work was great. I called the people today. They came out today as well. They were right on time. The clog is now fixed. I am enjoying using my shower now. I will call them again if I ever have any problems. Especially now that I know how they work. I would call them a professional company. They meet all the standards that a customer looks for.

I scheduled an appointment with them online & it was confirmed via email. However, they called me that day, & said no one would be available to come out for a few days & that they would have someone else call to set up the appointment. They never did call back. I definitely wouldnt recommend Roto Rooter after this experience with their customer service.

We live out in the country, and we have a septic tank that has to be cleaned out periodically, so Roto Rooter does an excellent job for us. The lines have to be cleaned out from the septic tank to the house. The guys are professional, dependable, very nice to talk to, and caring. I always use them, and have referred them to others.

I feel that they are very trustworthy. I have had a good experience with them. They take the time to explain what work needs to be done and why. They do give you an estimate before they begin the work and have a person call after the work is done to see if you are satisfied. I feel that they have very polite employees as well.

THEY DID AN EXCELLENT JOB AND THEY WERE THE BEST OUT OF 3 QUOTES I RECEIVED. THEY WERE PROMPT, PLEASANT AND EASY TO WORK WITH. THEY WERE VERY ACCOMMODATING AND I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM ESPECIALLY FOR MAJOR REPAIRS. THEY WERE WELL EQUIPPED AND REASONABLE TOO.

I WAS AMAZED AT HOW QUICKLY THE GUYS WORKED (THREE PLUMBERS). THEY SHOWED UP AT 8AM AND WORKED ALL DAY UNTIL ABOUT 6PM, I HAD FULLY EXPECTED THE WORK TO TAKE TWO DAYS. THEY DID A VERY PROFESSIONAL JOB, AND WASTED VERY LITTLE TIME.

HERB RESPONDED QUICKLY AND EXPLAINED WHAT HE WAS DOING. HE LEFT THE AREA MESSIER THAN HE FOUND IT.

THEY WERE ON TIME TO THE JOB. THEY DID A GREAT JOB.

THEY ARE EXTREMLY PUNCTUAL. THEY WERE HELPFUL AND DID A GREAT JOB.

ROTO-ROOTER WAS ON TIME, VERY POLITE AND REASONABLY PRICED.

THIS WAS A LATE NIGHT EMERGENCY. THE PLUMBER WAS VERY CONCERNED ABOUT THE PROBLEM AND DID A VERY THOROUGH JOB. HE TOLD US WHAT NEEDED TO BE DONE TO CORRECT THE SITUATION TO AVOID FURTHER PROBLEMS.
