Description of Work: Rain water was coming through my roof in certain areas. I got in the attic and found the area around the sewer vents had lost its seal. Rose roofing responded to my initial call within reasonable time frame as they were busy. They came out at the designated time and repaired 2 of the vents. Rose was not sure about a third vent and whether or not it was on my property. I live in a row of 4 condo's all connected. It was on my property line, I called them and they immediately came back out and repaired the third vent. Very professional

Description of Work: I had a roof leak that needed repair quickly so I called Rose Roofing. They came out and assessed the problem quickly along with identifying another issue (not critical). Rose sent a quote via email, the work was performed and the leak is fixed - my only issue, and it's very small, is the communication could be better. Folks generally call before coming to the house and that wasn't the case here. I expected to pay immediately but actually had to call them a week or so later to check on the invoice. Like I said, very minor and bottom line is I would definitely use them again.

Description of Work: The service was very good. They gave me an estimated time of arrival, then the service person called three hours early and asked if he could come know. I wanted them to fix a leaking sky light that I had put in my master bath. the company that had installed it could never get it right. Rose Roofing got it to stop leaking on the first try, and the price was very reasonable. I would highly recommend Rose Roofing to any one.
