+ -1 moreRoof replaced in 2018 by Roof Squad. Repaired leaks in 2020. Contacted September 2024 for leaks in same area. Company stated that the “warranty” is negated due to weather. Second opinion roofing company stated the roof repair was “shoddy work”. The squad tried to sell us repair work of $16,000. Why would I toss thousands of more dollars at a second rate company. Dishonest and will not stand behind their work. Buyer beware!

+ -1 moreI had hired them previously for some minor repairs and had a good experience, so I called them again for similar work, but the company had been acquired in the meantime and it was totally different this time. The young man who was supposed to get on the roof to assess my repairs wouldn't climb on the roof because he said a hail storm had damaged it too extensively. He just observed and marked the very bottom of the roof from the ladder and then they showed me a powerpoint presentation and told me to file an insurance claim for complete roof replacement. The insurance adjuster came out, hopped up on the roof no problem, looked around, and denied the claim. He didn't take anything that Roof Repair Squad said seriously (I got them on the phone with him) because they hadn't been willing to get up on the roof. Then the Insurance Co. told me to get a second opinion from another roofer of my choosing. He also hopped up on the roof and inspected, and said my roof had some damage but did not need to be replaced. So I wasted all that time when all I wanted in the first place was a proposal for some minor roof repairs. It made me wonder if the Roof Repair Squad people just intended to pitch me on complete roof replacement the moment they arrived. (I did appreciate that they were willing to make the appointment on a Saturday).

They arrived as a SQUAD and the roof was done before we knew it. The staff was respectful, clean and very professional through the whole process. I recommend Roof Repair Squad to anyone, it was a 5 star experience. THANKS ROOF REPAIR SQUAD!
Description of Work: My roof was damaged from other bad repairs in the past, which was causing leaks in the house. Roof Repair Squad found the issue quickly, they removed existing damaged shingles and replaced them with all new great quality materials.
