Excellent. I cannot say enough about my sales representative, Sam, and the installation crews (wood and carpet). Please allow me to explain. Nearly 1 year ago, I selected wood flooring and carpet at large trade-only design store that my general contractor had suggested. The general contractor was unable to complete my home remodel including installation of the floors. As a result, I needed to find a new flooring supplier and installer. I visited many local flooring stores. All stated that they could NOT identify my selections or were unable to offer the same selections. I was told and quot;just pick another styleand quot;. As a last resort, I visited Roberts Carpet and Fine Flooring on Katy Freeway, Houston, TX. Sam was my sales representative. He researched my wood and carpet sample information and found them! He was tenacious and understood that it was very important to me to find the wood and carpet I had painstaking selected 1 year ago. The installation crews were excellent. They were polite, careful and respectful of my home, person and my purchase. All in all, Roberts Fine Flooring, Sam and the installation crews took what had become a very frustrating experience for me and turned it into a dream fulfilled (I waited 23 years to replace my flooring!).

They disappointed us at every step of the transaction. We will never go back or recommend them.

They worked with our schedule to install the carpet in the few days when the house was vacant between closing and the delivery of our household goods. Very responsive to phone calls. Good experience.

ROBERTS CARPETS and FINE FLOORS were great and very helpful. They answered all my questions. The two guys that did the installation were brilliant and didn't cause any damage. They did a really good job.

They did an excellent job! They are not cheap but you get what you pay for. Happy customer!

They did a very good job. They were on time and took the old carpet away. They were extremely quick and they are a great company.

The carpet layers I liked, they were very good. But, the price kept changing, the salesman had odd reasons for changing. He just wasn't upfront about everything. The pad is not as good as he said it would be. He didn't send enough carpets. The guys who came to lay the carpet did an excellent job.

At first we thought it went well. They told us that we had some moisture in our slab and that we needed to pay an additional $1,000 for a moisture barrier, which would take care of the problem as they had been using these moisture barriers for years without problem. We did so and loved the floors in the beginning. Then after a few months we began to see signs of rippling and rotting-the floors literally turned green in one room. That is when our experience with Roberts Carpet turned sour. They did very little to help us figure out what had gone wrong and were certainly not willing to take any responsibility. After we hired independent experts, it became clear that there were no leaks and that the source of the damage was slab moisture. Additional testing showed that Roberts Carpet had NOT installed a moisture barrier as promised(and paid for). Instead it was some sort of sound barrier. Despite the evidence, they have refused to admit any fault and we are stuck with rotted floors that all have to be replaced. Unfortunately, we had to take a legal route in order to get our money back and the case is currently pending trial. It has been a very long and painful process. And because the flooring is still "evidence" in a pending trial, we have been unable to replace it and have been living with damaged floors that are so badly rotted in one room that the space cannot be used. While it is possible we were just the unlucky consumer that got the one bad installation job, Roberts Carpet has done nothing to correct the problem-so much for their "satisfaction guaranteed" slogan and warranty! For their properly installed jobs, I'm sure they are a good company to work with. But if anything goes wrong, don't expect them to do the right thing and fix it.

First of all, they came when they promised to come and did what they said they would. Robert's does good work at a fair price. They were very professional and helpful.

THE COMPANY WAS VERY HELPFUL IN PICKING OUT THE CARPETS AT THE SHOWROOM. THE INSTALLERS WERE VERY COMPETENT.
