Bob was outstanding. He asked by far better questions than any other vendor we spoke with. Ultimately, he ascertained that testing for quality in our situation was pointless. Everyone else we spoke with just wanted sell services. Bob was the only one that cared enough to sell us genuine value and he was willing to freely give it. That's real character and integrity in my opinion.

Description of Work: Robert J Reda & Associates LLC had to do the initial testing. They had to do the water and mold treatment. Then he came out and tested the air.

I'll use him again.
Description of Work: We also had to have an estate life and mold assessor and test the air and determine the protocol to deal with that. His namewas Robert J Reda & Associates LLC. It was a three-party insurance claim. The initial thing happened in the middle of March and it took all the way to August to get the kitchen handled. He came out twice and I think it was $1100 each time.

Robert served as the hygienist on a commercial mold remediation project and did an excellent job of evaluating the site, testing the scope of the issue, interfacing with the remediatiors and generating thorough and timely reports. I would recommend him.
Description of Work: Robert Reda provided consulting services for a commercial mold remediation project. His work was thorough, his reports complete (along with testing data) and he interfaced well with the remediatiors to ensure the job was done correctly.

I cant say enough about Bob's service and his expertise. We would never have been able to do the remediation with out his input and planning. If you suspect you have mold, call BOB. You won't pay the least, but you will pay a fair price and get SUPER SERVICE and QUALITY. He provides value and stands behind his reports.
Description of Work: We needed an immediate inspection because my wife was very ill and we suspected mold. Bob responded within 24 hours. He completed the inspection and took samples to lab. We had the results in 48 hours as promised INCLUDING A COMPLETE WRITTEN REPORT which was very detailed. Bob then helped us by giving us 4 remediation companies. Bob is VERY experienced and there are several remediation companies that said his remediation plans and guidelines are the most detailed. He is the BEST

They discovered that there was mold and they were out and did mold remediation. The service only took 2 days. The amount they charged was very fair. They showed up on time, were helpful, and thorough. I would certainly recommend them to others.

+ -1 moreBasically, what happened was this.... Problem: Refrigerator line had been leaking for god knows how long. Things had been growing back there for so long that it practically had it's own ecosystem. Solution: He collected a sample to determine salvageability of the flooring, insulation, sheetrock and cabinets. He suggested that we set up containment with some sort of HEPA filtration and negative air pressure. I decided we should go with the expert, since I didn't want my family to get sick anymore. He recommended some great people that removed and replaced all of my damaged areas. The other bids I got from similar mold remedation were higher and lower. But with all his certifications and experience, I didn't want to chance my family's health. We haven't had a problem since. I hope I don't ever see him again, because that means we have another leak!!! But if I do, I will certainly call this guy.
Description of Work: A.) They found the mold growth. B.) They identified the source of moisture (wear my leak was). C.) They determined the extent of the damaged in an incredibly detailed report. D.) He documented a solution that I could present to my insurance company. E.) He recommended me a general contractor that specialized in this kind of stuff.
