Description of Work: This is a very professional operation with frequent contacts and updates during the process. We had lamps at the end of our driveway that automatically turn on at night which ceased working. With extensive inspection I was not able to identify the problem, so I called Right Touch Electrical based upon an Angie's list special. The electrician, John Perdomo, came on time, actually a little early. He was unfamiliar with the Angie's List special and quoted me an incorrect price. When I objected he called the office to check it out and verified the deal. He was very professional and was careful to fully explain what he would do and what the charges would be before he performed the operations. He went ahead and diagnosed the problem and described needed parts replacements. I knew enough about the system to see that he was absolutely correct. He let me know the exact charges, minus the special, and went ahead with the repair. It has worked well since his visit. This was a very positive experience and I'd recommend Right Touch Electrical.
