Like many things, the dream was different than the reality. I think the electrician was high. ... He definitely didn't wanna work. .. His helper was alright, he went through the house with me while I showed the various problems. .. The electrician was busy with a personal phone call at his truck. When the electrician came back, he had my boyfriend change a lightbulb and said that was our problem. The brand new lightbulb immediately blew out. .. He said, it wasn't a problem with the fixture, it was that we weren't using halogen lights??? I tried to get him to fix a motion light (that hasn't worked in months) he told me it was because they only work at night????? I then insisted he check whether that light work or not. .. He told me it would cost 223$ extra to "troubleshoot" it. .. And if I wanted him to check any of the other lights on my list, that would cost an additional 223$ tooo. We explained to him we were getting out of daddy's budget and we needed to call him. Could he just give us an estimate (mostly cuz we've been bent over before :-/ ) He started asking questions about where dad lives, how old is he????? So sketchy. In the end we asked for an estimate. ... which took him more than am hour to do (turns out, he gets paid by the hour) and the estimate was for 5k!!!!!!!!!!! 5k, for some outside lights that we accidentally turned the fixture on and maybe disconnected some wires. He wants to replace the entire breaker box (which had been replaced recently) I entirely just paid 4$, to let other ppl know what a scam this business is. Here is how my estimate reads (again for 6 lights, and one plug that doesn't work) ***and the entire electrical system plus breaker box was done led than 10yrs ago... Option 1 install (42) circuit outdoor breaker box install main grauuding? System install 200 ammo meter can we need to do 2 diagnostic evaluations ( which remember doesn't cover the problems we asked them to fix) Cost 4522-5% (old ppl discount?) 4295 Option 2 we need to do 2 diagnostic evaluations (doesn't cover all the little problems, the electrician never even looked at the problems inside) Cost 466-5% (old ppl?) 442. Our house is in remodel, but we already did the electrical box and we deal with contractors all the time. This is by far the worst. I again, just paid 4$ to warn you not to deal with this company.

Everything went great except after they left I found that the light on my fan remote no longer worked. I am sure the will fix it. After a day, i discovered that they left my freezer unplugged. This caused everything in the freezer to either thaw or melt.

A top quality company and repairmen. Totally qualified and professional. Very polite, respected and protected the inside and outside of my home. I especially like it is company policy for them to wear clean shoe covers at all times inside of the home. I do appreciate the Senior discount and while I do know it is costly to have electrical work done I was a surprised at the price. I did feel it was expensive for the job. I would use this company again but maybe be wise to get several bids to help me understand their rate charges.

It went great! Ronnie Romero with Right Touch responded to my call immediately. He came to my house and did an overall and thorough evaluation. He explained everything that needed to be done clearly and gave me several options. All of the guys from Right Touch that did the work at my house were professional, courteous and very helpful. They answered all of my questions and kept me informed of their progress. If I ever need any electrical work done, I will definitely use them again and will ask for Ronnie Romero and team to do the work!

Incredible service. Highly professional, caring, and great communication, from the office to the technicians. They were persistent in not just resolving the initial issue regarding the voltage leakage but in making certain that they provided me with the information I needed to understand the situation and the process. Carly at the front office was on point all the time and assisted me without hesitation and in a very timely manner. She was knowledgeable and sincerely caring. The technicians, Ronnie and Levi, were unbelievably polite, hard working, and they walked me through every step of the process. Ronnie even did additional research and called me off hours to convey what he found and to make sure we were all right. He worked tirelessly to find the cause of the voltage leakage and explained clearly what the technical issues were. Levi's knowledge and professionalism, as well as friendliness, was key to the final successful completion of this project. His installation of the breaker box and whole house surge protector passed the city inspector's review with flying colors. Both sought out and obtained information and cooperation of the cable and utility company technicians, something that made this for me a comfortable process. Now we have a breaker box and surge protection system that is better and more secure than when the house was brand new. Right Touch Electrical is my company now and I have already made a referral. I am grateful for their help, their caring, and their strong work/professional ethics.

This was the first time to use Right touch Electrical. With one phone call a time and date was set . The repair was on a Monday, which was a good day for us. The problem with our lighting was not an emergency, but needed repair. The electrician was very knowledgeable, courteous and very clean. He also wore protectors over his shoes. The room where he worked was cleaned, by him before he left. I recommend this company to anyone who in need of electrical work. I will use them again when needed.

This company was very impressive! Responded in a timely manner, assessed the situation very quickly and presented me with several options. They coordinated with CenterPoint and stayed on site until the job was complete. I would recommend these guys, very honest and professional.

The company was great. The job was surveyed thoroughly prior to the work and delivery of the estimate. The price was on the high end of several companies I talked to but they seemed to be the most professional. I'm glad I went with them. Sean and his co-workers did an excellent job. They were extremely punctual and did an excellent job of cleaning up after themselves each day. They wore disposable booties every time they entered the house and frequently swept and vacuumed. They were great about answering questions and didn't have any problem coming back to tie up a few loose ends - although there weren't many of them. Overall a very professional and thorough job.
