If there was such a thing as enjoying having a rewire done to your home, this is as close as it would get. Levi came to my home to assess the damage. He then took his time and wrote me an immaculate quote for me to submit to my insurance. I had another company come and give me a quote, and I was amazed that Right Touch didn't charge me for a second opinion. That was the 1st of my many surprises when it came to Right Touch. I won't lie, the quote was very high, not because they charge a lot, but because there was so much damage done to my home. Levi told me not to worry that they deal with insurances all the time and that he would have his admin office type up the quote in such a way that the insurance had to choice but to cover it. And sure enough within 24hrs the detailed quote came through and when I sent it off to my insurance adjuster she issued a check for the damage with 72hrs. She said it was so well written with so much detail there was no reason not to approve the claim. So Levi came the next day and started work. There was no way that I could be there for the whole 3 days. I felt so comfortable leaving Levi and Eli at my home. Every time they entered the home they put booties on, not to drag mud through the house. I stopped in on them several times unannounced and each time they were doing exactly what they said they were going to. As a matter of fact, I had other construction on my home going on at the same time, and the guys let the other trade men in for me so that I didn't have to. Every time there was a problem that came up, I was called, but not to complain, instead offering me a solution then and there. The job was finished on time and on budget and clean. I can not say enough good things about them. From the office staff who bent over backwards to help with the insurance stuff, to the guys that did the actual work. They were truly superstars.

He and his team returned the next morning to do the work. The electricians were very professional, courteous, polite, and careful and did a perfect job for me. They coordinated with CenterPoint and stayed on site until the job was complete. I would recommend these guys, very honest and professional.

It went well however, they tried to sell me something I do not need. I don't appreciate being told I need to by a surge protector for my house for approx. $500 when in reality I don't need it. I just want to get the job done and not try to sell me other products. So, watch out if you use them.

Thomas and his assistant were great! His professionalism and attention to even the smallest detail were greatly appreciated. He even went so far as to clean the glass fixtures after installing the lights. Job Well Done!

Right Touch came out and gave us a free estimate and after getting several others, decided to use their services as they have great prices and a financing option. They came out in the rain and got everything installed for us prior to moving in to our home, and while they were wiring the smoke detectors, found many issues that we were not aware of after our home inspection and some that we were aware of but thought the prior owner had fixed. They walked us around to show us the problems, had photos for us from the attic, and explained what could happen if we didn't get the issues fixed sooner than later. They wrote up a quote with three options for us, and were able to give us a small discount on the quote from having used them for the smoke detector installation. We were very happy with their professionalism and their attention to detail.

From the very beginning they were very professional and curious. The service writter took time to explain everything that needed to be done and offered several different options. The power company was late getting the power disconnected, but the electricians stayed late completing the job so that I would not be without power for an extra day.

The technician arrived on time with a call 30 minutes prior to his arrival. He evaluated the job with providing whole house surge protection. Called into his office to verify the details and provided an estimate on the cost as well as the time required. I accepted the proposal and he set about to install the two surge protectors. Background information is that we suffered a transformer blow-up from CenterPoint about two weeks previous. This surge damaged many devices in my house including 4 Belkin surge protectors on my computers and tvs, protecting them. But I also lost two transformers on my alarm system and one on my main furnace. These repairs were done out of pocket as CenterPoint does not cover for their power surges. Also deductibles are too high on homeowners insurance. Bottom line was that this was a clean and professional installation completed within a short amount of time. It also comes with a 3 year parts and labor warranty. Right Touch was recommended by Tom Tynan on Home Show Radio and I talked with Will the owner of Right Touch about surge protection. Following his conversation is when I arranged for the estimate and installation.

The guys were very professional and friendly. They put the paper socks over their shoes and left everything clean after their work. And I really appreciated they were here when they said they would be!

Came out to the house for the special of $59 plus $100 of electrical work, he did one light switch repair and spent the rest of the time giving a huge dollar estimate to fix other stuff. I had paid thinking I would get at least $100 of electrical repairs, not paying to get an estimate.

They were late, but called to tell us they had an emergency that had to take priority. The window of arrival changed to anywhere in the next 3-4 hours. They do not bill on service call basis, so I had no estimate of the cost until the technician was in my kitchen with everything apart. I was shocked to find out that it would cost $173 to replace a switch that costs $9. After he had explained what had happened and what was needed to fix the problem, I felt like it would be wrong to tell him I believed he was charging too much. He did not pull the cost out of the air; the cost came from his book. He added that everybody else charged the same ballpark amount, but I felt like I did not have any opportunity to confirm other costs. I also felt like he was fishing for other work while he was here. In the future and if possible, I will not work with contractors unless they charge a service fee.

Technician tried to diagnosed outdoor electrical outlet issue but was not able to find the issue and repair it. I did have him replaced a faulty breaker that was causing my outdoor lights to trip all the time.

Got a second opinion and it was a fraction of the cost. Did not use the provider. They did refund my deposit.

They were fine. There was an extra cost. I needed a couple of things done and they charged me for that. They told me how much it would cost before they did the service so I could agree to it.

Light in ceiling fan in master bedroom would not work. We looked on Angie's List for an electrician and bought a deal. Company sent e-mail next day after we bought Angie's List deal. We called contact person given in e-mail and set up appointment convenient to both of us. Experienced electrician, Jonaton Perdomo, came to our house to determine the problem. We bought a ceiling fan from Lowe's and Jonaton returned the next week and installed it. We also bought 5 new smoke alarms from the company which Jonaton and a helper installed on the same day. Everyone that we had any contact with at Right Touch Electric, the owner, receptionist, scheduler, electrician and technician, was professional, efficient, knowledgeable and friendly. We are very happy that we found such a superior company to do business with and we would hire them again in a heartbeat.

The tech was punctual, friendly and professional. He explained what happened as he made repairs. He also made some suggestions and upgrades I could do in the future on electrical components in the house.

I wasn't here, but my husband, who is an engineer, could not have been more pleased with the service.
