Description of Work: I had Richards install a pool and spa combination in my backyard. I worked with a designer named Tom Pistole and a superintendant named Billy. Their crews were professional and fast and communicated well. They helped my see that I was getting what I paid for and that no corners were being cut during construction. I have had a pool before and tried to save money during that installation and I was disappointed with the final product. Unlike those guys, these guys are pros and take care of business first... My experience is that Richards is a great example of the "price, quality or service motto... Pick any two". Richards is quality and service first... Then price.

 + -1 moreThey came out and installed a new pool and from the seventh day on it was a horrible experience with this company. They never put a drain pipe in the bottom of my pool and they also never sealed the lights. They use all independent contractors and keep no records of who they use. It took two years to get it fixed and me threatening to sue them. They are a horrible, horrible company.

 + -1 moreWe feel that they did an excellent job when we had them come out and install our pool. We are very satisfied with the job that they did. They performed extra jobs, which I thought went the extra mile, as they even installed a patio around our pool. Because of the great job that they did for us, I recommend them to my friends and neighbors. They didn't leave a mess and explained everything to us.
