+ -1 moreI had been looking for someone to repair and paint my exterior metal staircase. It seemed to be either too big or too small a job. When I found Lou he came out to give me an estimate promptly.it was a little higher than I expected but I didn't have any other estimates to compare. He explained everything in detail and was very punctual. He did a very thorough job grinding out all the rust, removing the old grout, regrouting the tile, sealing all the points where the staircase attaches to the house, painting the frame and sealing the tile. It appears that when the house was built it had not been properly waterproofed. I now feel confident the stairs will stay looking great for a long time. I plan to have Riccardi and Sons do more jobs at my house.
