The repiping itself took one day, with 2 follow-ups to fix leaks on a connection in the master bathroom. From the day the project commenced until the day the last piece of furniture was put back where we'd previously had it, it was 6 days. This included city inspection, sheetrock and wall patching, and painting. The repipe did exactly what we'd hoped. We now have outstanding water pressure, consistent temperatures, and a top-notch water heater. The subcontractor for the drywall was outstanding, and I asked them back out to paint two days later. The single negative I'll give is that the floors aren't completely covered, only the path that the workers will be walking. Some of the exposed tile in the master bath was slightly damaged during the work, and a little bit of the carpet around some areas was wet after they finished. I'd simply suggest that the piping subcontractors cover all of the floors where they'd be working. Overall, I'm pleased. I noticed that Repipe Specialists has representation in Washington State and passed their information to a neighbor who's son lives in Washington State and needs a repipe.

Jeff's estimates were spot on! James and his crew were awesomely courteous and friendly. A testament to James and his crew. We were told that our "installers" would be there between 8am and 9am. This type of time-frame estimate always makes me laugh. It's like the cable company giving you a window and you just assume sometime within 24 hours they may grace you with their presence. James and his re-pipe crew showed up at 7:59 a.m. ready to ROCK! They asked if it was okay if they lay plastic down, they did a preliminary walk-thru and then James conducted a "team-meeting" before beginning making sure his guys knew exactly what they were going to be doing. We asked James what it would cost to install a water softener at the same time as the repipe. He asked for a few minutes and came back with a quote. We had that added last minute and they did a phenomenal job. James confidently proclaimed that he and his crew would have this all done in a day if it was okay with us that we didn't mind how long they were there that evening. THEY DELIVERED!!!! I inspected their work the next day by climbing up into the roof and found everything was immaculate. I've never had a crew like this do such a GREAT job on my home. I typically prefer to figure out how to do it myself. I'd call James and his crew back in an instant. Jonathan and his partner did AWESOME with the floating and retexturizing of the drywall and texture. We painted everything and you can't tell where a single cut was made. I'm impressed. TOTALLY WORTH THE MONEY!

This company was amazing. We had bids from 3 companies - not only was Repipe Specialists of Texas the cheapest, but they offer payment plans if you need that. They were professional and produced literature, sample products and an all around education of what they would be doing and how. I was very impressed. They contract out the actual plumbers and sheetrock companies, but they were also very good and I felt I could reach out at any point if I had an issue. Would highly recommend RSofT!

Excellent! We had a leak in one of our old (1979) galvanized pipes inside a wall. We had a quote from the initial plumbing company to do the repipe. I requested a quote from Repipe Specialist on Saturday. There next available appt was on Tuesday. When we found out on Sunday that the pipe could not be fixed (two separate leaks), I texted the salesperson (Colin) from repipe and asked if he could call me since our situation escalated. Colin reached out within an hour and came by the house the same day to give us a quote. We signed our contract and the crew began the work the next day! They were able to finish the work in one day with the exception of replacing the tub valves. They came back a couple days later to finish that up and we had full use of both showers for those two days. Two days later the crew came out to patch the small areas where they had to cut into sheetrock and the visible areas were minimal. Most cuts were under cabinets. They even went thru the ceiling in the wet bar to avoid cutting into wallpaper! Several days passed and my wife heard some noises inside the walls when the shower or washer was being run. I contacted our salesman and he had someone come out next day to resolve the problem. Overall the crew worked very well together and got the job done in a timely manner.

All workers were very professional and courteous. We were very pleased with their work. Plasterers not only replaced drywall but finished it off and textured it.

The work was done as scheduled and on time. The gentlemen on the work crews were pleasant and worked efficiently. Courtesy was the order of the day for the pipe specialists and the sheetrock repairmen. Though there were a couple of very minor items to call to be rectified afterward, I am very pleased with the result to their work. I am pleased with the explanation of the work needing to be done, the materials being installed and the work ethic of everyone with whom I dealt. Repipe Specialist provided me with excellent contact information.

Although the whole process was 3 days, it wasn't as messy and chaotic as I thought it would be. The sub contractors were respectful of our home.

the repipe portion of the job was excellent. the dry wall repairs were only so so. They left a lot of mud everywhere and did not always cover the plastic taping material. Mudding was very sloppy in areas.

Repipe Specialists did a fabulous job. They cleaned up after they were done for the day. The work was completed in two days, city inspected the next day and sheetrock folks were in touch the same afternoon. Wow!

very well, only concerns- agreed job starting date changed by them, no prior contact to inform what time staff would arrive from Repipe, and no follow-up from Repipe to determine job quality or concerns I may have. Initially said job would take 1 day, took 2 days (a large amount of hard work), the plumbers ( two) worked extremely hard in a very hot environment, I believe an excellent job for conditions and amount of work. Contractors to fix holes (one person) was also very good at his job. I do believe an extra plumber and contractor would have been of benefit

Awesome. The job is turn-key. They did the re-piping of my 2-story home in 2 days (not even full days). The sheetrock repair person came on the 5rd day and repaired every cut perfectly. The cost isn't cheap but it is fair and based on the number of fixtures. It is more reasonable that a plumbing company and most plumbing companies do not do the sheetrock repair. You won't make a mistake using Repipe Specialists.

Very impressed. Everything done in one day except patching walls. They came back to complete that portion timely.

I am pleased to provide a positive follow-up on our situation with Ory’s Plumbing and Repipe Specialists. After many months of investigation, the owner of Ory’s Plumbing called a meeting with my husband and I to reimburse us in full for the theft of an item from our home. He was able to confirm our theft and is now handling this issue seriously and getting to the root of the problem in a professional manner. As stated in my earlier complaint, we have no issues with the quality of work by Ory’s Plumbing and I would not hesitate to call on them in the future. Further, it’s my belief that Repipe Specialists would have reimbursed me for the ring had I not posted a negative review on social media. I would also hire Repipe in the future. The area salesman is knowledgeable of the product and fair.

Very thoroughly explained the options, process and schedule. Did exactly what they did they would, were very professional, and were timely.

Day 1: Repipe personnel started late due to the 1.5 hr drive from north Houston to our home on the south of Houston. Once started it went well and took four people 10 hours to complete. Day 2: Waited for permit from city. Day 3: City inspected the job, no problems. Day 4: Plumber completed some extra non-repipe jobs we requested. Day 5: Wall repair began. This was included in the cost. Day 6: Wall repair to texturing complete. Overall 4 out 5. Repipe people were always available and courtious. This company does a lot of homes in the Houston area and know their job.

The repipe team was courteous and professional and did a great job! The sheetrock repair team also did a great job! I would certainly recommend this company for repiping!

Got off to a bit of a rocky start as they were quite late -- although they had to go across Houston during rush hour so it was understandable. After that, went very well. They worked quickly and efficiently -- finishing sooner than originally thought. Cleaned up any areas they worked on and had no problems at all. I had one follow-up question and it was addressed immediately. I have recommended Repipe to others and will continue to do so.
