Description of Work: The roof of my house was damaged in a hailstorm last spring. My insurance adjuster told me I needed to replace the roof, gutters and most of the window screens. I signed a contract with Remedy Roofing in July. Roofing work was performed in a timely manner, but gutters and window screens took a long time. Communications were difficult as phone calls often were not returned. Primary issue was with subcontractors who were overloaded due to the number of homes damaged in the storm. More than once, subcontractors failed to appear when promised. Remedy claims the problems with subs have been corrected.
