The service went very well. The technician arrived around 7:50 for an 8:00-9:00 appointment, so I was pleased with that. We had to pay a little more than the Angie's List deal because our door is oversize (tall) and required extra rollers, but I knew that up front. Would definitely use them again.

I found Regency here on Angie's List and gave them a call the same morning around 9:00 and described the situation. They were scheduled to come that day between 1:00 and 3:00!! They were on time, with a heads-up phone call prior to arrival. Thirty minutes later, with a new torsion spring, ten new rollers with rubber-like wheels and some other adjustments my garage door works better and quieter than ever before. I could not be more pleased with the timeliness, punctuality, the work, and their personnel. I will be happy to use them again and a sticker placed just below the garage door opener has their name and phone number!! Perfect!!

Michael came within a few hours after my call and replaced the control board which was damaged in a recent storm. He also replaced the rollers, lubricated all moving parts and adjusted the chain on both my doors. About five months ago, Jesus (another technician) came by and had replaced the control board on the first door. Both Jesus and Michael were very nice and explained everything in detail. I am very happy with their service and professionalism. Thank you.

Excellent. Fast response from the company. Scheduled work on my requested day and time. Arrived on time. Very nice young man who completed everything on the company's list to our satisfaction. This company is an example of how all companies should be operated.

Jesus arrived 30 min after initial call, quickly identified the issue and provided a quote. It took him less than an hour to come back with proper replacement part and less than 30 min to complete the work. On time, professional and polite. It's probably not the best price ... but great service and timeliness compensate for that.

Sensors that stop the door from closing needed to be replaced. Between the time they returned my call which was very promptly and the time they left was a total of about one hour. Awesome service

Called them at 4.30PM and Micheal came at 5.30 pm same day for the inspection and Installed new garage door and motor next day around 1 PM. Did a good job of installing new garage door and the motor. Very happy with the service.

I called Daniel in the morning and Jesus came later in the afternoon on the same day to fix my problem. He did a great job answering questions and explaining in detail the work that needed to be done. Great! He was able to come over almost immediately after I called. He thoroughly inspected the door and showed me what was causing all the noise. The push-button opener and remotes were not working properly, but this turned out to be just because the door was not correctly installed. It was too close to the facing of the garage wall, so that it actually was rubbing on the trim. Jesus was able to adjust it and it works much better now. I was very pleased with the fast, professional, and effective service.
