Description of Work: Jesus was very prompt, courteous and knowledgeable. We were very happy with his work and professional attitude. The price was reasonable. Our garage door cable snapped, breaking the spring and making the door inoperable. We called at 5 pm and they can out that night.

Description of Work: One of the springs in my garage door broke at night (8-9pm). I called REGENCY GARAGE DOORS LLC and Jesus came the very next day in the morning. He replaced both springs and repaired some other minor issues. The garage door works better than before. Very professional service and very good price!!!

Description of Work: Bought a roller replacement / tune up and ended up needing something different. Service technician was polite, professional and did a good job with the actual work needed. It was clear from how much better the door worked that he addressed the real problem rather than 'fix' what I incorrectly thought was the issue.

Description of Work: The provider set everything up via phone and came out to install a new garage door. We discovered I had an off-size door, so they reinstalled my old door and rescheduled. They arrived when rescheduled - then added a reinforcement to the garage header and installed the new door and track/spring system. I requested extra weatherstripping when they arrived, so they scheduled to install it tomorrow.

Description of Work: Regency came out and replaced the rollers on my garage door. The track was bent out of shape, causing difficulty with opening it, and they fixed that as part of the service. Showed me what components I need to watch and potentially replace in the future. Great company!

Description of Work: The technician arrived and replaced the garage door rollers. I asked if he could oil the wheels too and he used two different types of lubricants. He pointed out that the bottom strip of the garage door was bent and said that he had the materials on the truck if I wanted him to repair it. Since this would be an additional cost that I had not planned on, I did not chose to repair it since it was not too noticeable and did not affect the function of the door. The door is much quieter now.
