 + -1 moreWaited over a week for a service call. No one ever came to fix the pool nor did they call to update up. We kept calling them but they just said they were too busy and behind on everything. After waiting for five days, we called again and the woman (perhaps co-owner) yelled at me, called me names and hung up on me. I had to find another service company, luckily they were able to come out the same day. I left a message for the owner, but he never returned my call. I would not recommend using this pool company. Very poor service and extremely unprofessional behavior.

 + -1 moreWhen our pool heater started making terrible popcorn noises, as new pool owners we were very worried! Reflection came out quickly and took care of the problem with no difficulties. They were very professional and helpful and brought the parts with them so they did not have to do a second service call. I appreciated that they were able to access the pool without me needing to be there. No problems since, we appreciate their help very much!

 + -1 moreI get them through my home warranty. I have had good luck with them. The technician took the time to explain to me what the problem was. It was really nice. They were very responsive in getting here in a timely manner.

 + -1 moreJust as badly as possible. My pool filter was cracked and they said it was my fault for not maintaining the pool. The pool was green because there were so many days before they got around to looking at it. I was told that even though I could not circulate the water because of a broken filter I should have thrown in some chemicals. The Houston rain and heat in almost 2 weeks time had not caused the green but I had caused it. Then the man "Willie" told me I just needed to find Jesus and that would solve my problem. After that he hung up on me and would not take my call. Jill in the office wanted to lecture me on how to care for my pool by throwing chemicals in it and that I can keep it going without a filter.
Description of Work: They came out to give a diagnostic of a problem for AHS my home warranty company.
