Realtor is refusing to release my contract after being on the market for over 140 days. The only way this company will release me is if I agree to pay my realtor 6% of the sale if I list it with another agency and it sells within 90 days to someone she showed it to. Unethical! If you didnt sell the house yourself then you should not get any commission!
