Ray's A/C and Heating Services.

Ray is wonderful shows up when he says never tries to push anything you don't need. He could have repaired are unit but we decided to go with a new one . Wii definetly use him again and would recommend him.

I cannot thank Ray enough for figuring out the reason behind condensation dripping into air handler drip pan. After several other technicians failed to determine why water continuously drips into drip pan, I decided to call on Ray who was referred by another top rated Angie's List technician. Not only did I call Ray but I also called 4 plummers to get a quote on unclogging condensation line leading outside the home. I called on Ray since his quote was the best and he was referred by another technician that did some work at my home. I am so grateful that I called Ray. He arrived at the scheduled time, unclogged condensation line leading outside the home, filled unit with freon, AND unclogged a bath drain all for a fair and reasonable price. He explained that I may have a freon leak and that I should get it checked out. I agreed and told Ray that I would call on him. After Ray departed my home I noticed water still leaking in drip pan. It was evident that the now unclogged condensation line leading outside the home was not the root to the problem. I called Ray immediately and he assured me that he would return the next day to see what the problem was. And that is what Ray did...the next day he came to my home and determined that the line connecting to the air handler unit was also clogged, replaced the line, and did not charge anything extra for doing so. Ray, thank you for your expertise, professionalism, and warm and sincere smile. I look forward to Ray returning to service my A/C unit in the future. Ray really knows what he is doing and he doesn't waste time trying to sell you service you don't need. I can say for certain that I now have an A/C technician and his name is Ray!
