RASA FLOORS

1. As one of the technicians walked up to my door, he threw a lit cigarette butt onto the sidwalk inches away from my grass. 2. They installed the tile with the pattern running the wrong direction. I called the sales person, Deann,who is great, and she immediately called the operations manager to have them put it in the right direction. 3. They had a child with them. 4. They knocked down a picture frame and greenery from a shelf that is 9 foot high on the wall. 5. They left tile glue on walls, door frames and baseboards. 6. They scraped every inch of the base board in the room with carpet. I had just had that room painted the week before. 7. They did not remove the quarter round. They cut the tile very badly, laid it down, and proceded to caulk about 3/4" to cover their errors. They undercut the entire room, with the excaption of 2 overcuts. It was absolutely hideous. 8. There is a large bubble in the tile floor. About 8" in diameter. Since I do not speak spanish, I was unable to communicate the technicians.
