Description of Work: Installed large playset for grandkids' Christmas gift, at their house. Expensive, but we are very pleased with the quality of the equipment. Kids love it. Many delays in getting the project completed were frustrating. Ultimately we were happy with the project.

Description of Work: I was having issues with carpenter bees in my swing set. A problem that apparently is common in Houston. They did not tell me this when we bought this. They kept making appointments to come out and help with the problem and change some of the wood. Each appointment they called and canceled. Finally they made appointments and never showed up. I will NEVER do business with these guys again.

Description of Work: Took apart and transported a Rainbow swing set to our backyard and reassembled. Overall, did an average job. They were difficult to get hold of and to coordinate a time. There was only 1 worker sent and he only spoke Spanish. When he arrived at the pick up location, he acted as though he did not even know why he was there. Despite these issues, somehow the swing set was safely erected!

+ -1 moreIn December we purchased a playset from Rainbow Play Systems on the Sam Houston Tollway for our grandchildren as a Christmas gift, to be installed, as ordered, a week before Christmas. During installation (not before) we were told that they didn't have all the parts we purchased, but they would be available in 7-10 days. Several weeks later they returned to install one of the parts (wood roof). Since then, after numerous phone calls, they have returned and finished. To make amends for delay, they also added another piece of equipment at no charge. We were frustrated by delay, but pleased that they wanted to make things right. Kids love the play system, very high quality.
Description of Work: Partial installation of custom designed backyard playset at our grandkids' home, Christmas gift.
