They came and worked even though it was pouring with rain and the 2 guys just got on with the job

A crew of two installed the gutters in just about 3 hours. No work on the fascia was required. After job was done, yet before employees left, I noticed one section was not seamless but had two pieces screwed to each other and sealed from the inside to avoid leaks--either crew did not communicate to each other the correct measurement, was cut incorrectly, or had no aluminum left in the truck. The worker told me they could easily replace it but had not material left, so they would need to come back. I contacted Theresa to explain I wanted the section replaced and a properly seamless gutter installed. She was very accommodating and scheduled the job according to my work hours so I could be in the house to check on the re-installation. I asked them if they could cut for me 5 downspouts extensions (which are basically downspouts themselves, same color, same material) to put at the end of the downspout so the water is pushed away from the house. They agreed, and did not charge me an extra dollar. All in all, great job, excellent customer service. There was a mistake/problem, but it was fixed, promptly and efficiently. Competitive price.

They provided excellent service, I needed a small change in the gutter configuration, even though it was couple of days before the install... They were able to incorporate changes. I wanted the install be done sooner, so Teresa was able to schedule the install on Saturday of the same week. Matt showed up exactly on time and finished the job in the time he said he would. I definitely recommend them and I would use them again.

Rain Mizer did an excellent job. I have used them in the past on my previous home. They have never disappointed me. They are the only business I will consider for gutter work.

Rain Mizer previously installed gutters at my previous home and did a great job at a great price. When I moved into my new home and we needed gutters to be installed, I knew I had to call Rain Mizer. Wow, Responsive from first call to punctual on-site quote. They honored my Angie's List coupon and you could tell it in the pricing. Great people, great service, looks like a great product (I'm no expert). This is what I expect from Angie's List providers, class act.

I was very impressed with the professionalism that this company showed. Theresa made an appointment to come by, she was on time and obviously new what she was doing. I received an estimate from another company, who just wanted to come by when they were "in the area". Then after they gave the estimate, they called and said they wanted to come by and give me another estimate. The prices were similar between the two companies, but it was obvious that Rain Mizer was a much more organized company and knew what they were doing. I was not there during the install, but the gutters turned out beautiful. I had a question on the way one downspout was routed. Theresa explained why it was done that way. It made sense to me. She definitely knows her stuff. I had no problems with the way the job was done. I would use Rain Mizer again.

Well let's just say that you should never tell the truth about a company on here because you will be harassed to death until you change what you have written!! As of today we will never use Angie's List again to hire anyone to come do any work at our home! This is the second time that we felt we had bad service and the companies felt the need to call and harass us!!

Theresa came out and gave us a quote back in 2012. I spoke with her last month, and she was able to locate the quote in her files. We were able to get a new quote for what we wanted via email and phone calls. They promptly answered any questions that I had. They are very professional. We were added to the schedule, which was about two weeks out. We were the first job of the day; the crew got here at 7:50 (10 minutes early); they were to be here between 8:00 and 9:00 am. The crew was friendly and took the time to answer any questions I had. The job went well. We are happy with the quality of the product and the workmanship. After the job, I asked for a written warranty; a few days later, Rodney forwarded it.

Rain Mizer was great. Our builder was going to charge roughly the same price for installing gutters in our new construction home, but I had doubts on the builder's abilities based on our neighbors complaints. So, I went with Rain Mizer instead. They were fast, professional, and easy to work with. There was one piece I thought looked bad (a corner), and a representative came back out within a few days and installed a custom piece that looks great. Highly recommend Rain Mizer.

My first estimate for gutter replacement was for Leaf Guard gutters, and I had decided that is what I wanted and I did not need any more estimates. I called Rain Mizer to cancel the appointment for an estimate. I was given very convincing reasons to keep the appointment, and I am so glad I did. Rain Mizer saved me several thousand dollars and no doubt a lot of regret. They tore down my existing gutters and got new ones up quickly and on time in spite of the above average rain we were having at the time. Very professional company. Could not be more pleased.

I received quotes from Home Depot, Lux Roofing, Modern Roofing, Gutters by Berger Home Services, SLM, New Caney, M&M Roofing and The Gutterman. These were the reasons why I chose Rain Mizer. - Theresa Darbonne, the person that took the measurements and gave me a price quote was very professional. When she came, it was raining so she told me that she could come another day and take measurements. - The rep came on time for the first measurement and called a day ahead to remind me of the appointment. - The rep emailed me a very detailed price quote that included a picture of the areas that needed gutters, the color selection, etc. (I was surprised that other companies only left me with a price quote ? and not a copy of the measurements). - Rain Mizer offers Angie?s List members a discount. - The gutters have a 15 year installation warranty and 50 year material warranty. - The installer came exactly on time on the schedule day. (VERY IMPORTANT) Overall, I am very happy with the service that I received. My new gutters look absolutely amazing. I?m very happy that I shopped around. Surprisingly, the next competitive bid was from Home Depot. If you are looking for great quality gutters and you want to work with a professional company, save time and money by using this company.

Installer answered my many questions patiently and so far the work seems to be very well done.

I had David come out and give me an estimate in adding new gutters where I did not have gutters and also replacing the ones I have to 6" gutters. The estimated was very reasonable for 6" gutters I asked a few of my friends who have also recently installed their gutters. The install time was 2 weeks out and I wanted then done earlier due to continuous rain in Houston. David texted me as soon as an opportunity became available and they came out and did an excellent job. We had severe rain today and the gutters worked perfect, my wife is happy no more water on our patio I would recommend these guys anytime.

They were very good. I like that they explained everything that they're going to do, they were on time, they did their work and completed them all in one day. They did what they said they're going to do, and the product is good.

From initial visit to measure and assess the job until completion everything was very professional. After we agreed to written quote, the installation team showed up on time and completed the installation in about 3 hours. Everything went as promised and the quality and workmanship was top quality.

They came right on time. Of course, the rain got them there for awhile but as soon as there was a day they were able they came out. They look great. They gave me a discount for being an Angie's member. They are efficient. They used the right color. I believe it was priced right and was something that I could afford. Rodney came to my house to do a walk through and gave me detailed a quote on the spot. Rodney was very professional and answered all of my questions. There was good communication in the period between the walk-through and the installation. On the morning of, Theresa called to tell me the crew was running a little behind schedule due to the weather. I appreciated the status update. The 2 person crew arrived and worked quickly and efficiently. The crew started around 9:00 a.m. and were done around 11:00 a.m. The leader of the crew answered my questions and the crew was very professional. The price was competitive with other quotes I received. I am very happy with my experience with Rain Mizer and would recommend them for gutter installation. Rodney, Theresa, and the crew are very kind, knowledgeable, and professional.

Called for a quote. I talked to the owner (I think) and said he needs to call me back later due to the jobs that they currently have. Never heard from him since then. I hired someone else to complete the job. I can't tell about price or quality of services because I did not use them. Responsiveness is the only thing I can tell from my experience and I am not satisfied.

After the initial visit to provide us with a detailed estimate, Theresa scheduled a date for the removal of the old gutters. The crew came out and removed as scheduled without any problems. We delayed the installation for a two week period to allow us to clean, repair and paint the facia boards. The install went as scheduled and the crew was done in approximately 2 1/5 hours. All the debris was cleaned up before leaving the property. Thanks, Rain Mizer!

We thought about Theresa's analysis of the problem and realized we needed to speak with our roofer. In the end we decided to hire our roofer, who is also able to do the gutter issues. However due to Rain Mizer's help and promptness we will keep them in mind for future work.

I interviewed approximately 4 different companies before hiring Rain Mizer. I liked working with Rodney. I thought price was fair and extremely competitive. They arrived on scheduled date. Only issue was they were about 45 minutes late due to an accident. I ould have appreciated a phone call. Did all the work they agreed to in about 4-5 hours. Gutters look great. Still waiting for first rain to see them work!! I definitely would recommend them to a friend.

What an absolutely fantastic experience working with Theresa & Rodney at RainMizer. We needed the old gutters on our home replaced. I called on February 3 and spoke with Rodney. He said Theresa would be available that same day to come over and provide me with an estimate. She arrived in the timeframe I was told. Provided me with a quote that was very reasonable and also advice on condition of existing gutters. We were able to schedule install for February 18. Guys arrived on time and did an excellent job of installing new gutters and screens. They cleaned up any mess and the house looks amazing. Color match was on target and they work like a charm! I would strongly suggest RainMizer to anyone! I did get another quote which was ridiculous and I would say don't even bother. RainMizer has everything you could possible need when it comes to your gutters - big or small - they'll handle it professionally.
