Gutter had to be replaced. This was the lowest bid and it offered multiple options. The work was completed on time and on bid. The rep and the crew were experienced and knowledgeable.

Very pleased with the whole process from meeting for an estimate and price, to scheduling, to install and clean up. The crew was very experienced and knowledgeable, and took about 3 hours, start to finish. Installed larger gutters (6") with screens to avoid future cleaning requirement.

Theresa came out exactly when she said she would and provided an estimate. We agreed on a date and her crew showed up on time and finished the work on time. I am very pleased with the work they did. My original gutters could not handle the rain and would overflow. the new ones have a larger downspout and work very well. The color matching was flawless. Rain Mizer gave a slightly higher estimate than the other quotes I had, but the pain free experience more than justified it. I would highly recommend them.

Not well. I left a message early Friday morning after I called and got no answer. I tried calling several times later during the day but did not leave additional messages as I had already left one. When I called late afternoon, the message on the machine had been changed to say she was gone for the weekend. Monday came and went without any call back. I guess they do not need my business.

Excellent work. Fabulous customer service. Theresa was very responsive to my needs, even when I needed to change things on the fly for installation of rain barrels. I would HIGHLY recommend. They did excellent work.

Company was very responsive. The quote was provided same day; work performed within a week or two. Had a little wood rot and one of their guys subcontracted that work to me - it worked as well. They also added, without my asking, additional cover for gutter spouts as I recently had new landscaping.

Went vary well. We had some bad weather and they still found time to get the job done. Cleaned every thing up and it looked like they were never there.

I could not have asked for this to go any smoother. Initially I was just wanting them to fill in on three spot around my house that did not have any gutters. When Theresa came out to she found that the gutters on the back of my house were 6" gutters and the ones in the front were 5" gutters. Therefore they would not be able to just fill where needed and match up all the way around. She recommended removing the 5" gutters from the front of the oust since they looked to be the original gutters from when the house was built 15 years ago and go with the 6" to match and easily butt up against the back gutters. I went ahead with this option and so glad I did. The price quoted for this job with an Angie's List discount was very reasonable. I was actually surprised as I thought I would be paying much more for this now more involved project. I had other contractors come out for quotes to do the same thing. Rain Mizer was significantly cheaper. In addition the other contractors could not match the color of the existing gutters. So I would have also had to hire a painter (extra costs) to come out and paint and color match. This was not an issue for Rain Mizer. Theresa's price included a baked on enamel perfect color match!! I notified Theresa over the weekend that I wanted to go with her for the job. She contacted me first thing Monday morning and had her crew out Tuesday morning at 8am to get the job done. There was no pressure by Theresa to pay in advance for anything. She waited until the job was done and I was able to get home to check it out. The gutters look great and another project done!!! Thank you Theresa!!

Excellent. From setting the appointment to the actual work, Theresa and her team were responsive and on time. The work was completed as expected.

Rodney came out and provided quote. He was very professional and gave helpful answers to my questions about his product and gutter systems in general. Theresa honored original quoted price even though installation was a year after getting quote. Scheduling, payment, and installation was professional and efficient. Crew arrived right at scheduled time and finished quickly.

They were punctual and very professional. Theresa checked the gutters and gave an estimate. They came one day and removed the old gutters. They came another day and installed the new gutters. The cost was exactly as estimated and the whole process was completely painless and trouble-free. I can't recommend them highly enough.

I would definitely recommend Rain Mizer to anyone needing this service. Theresa was very personable and gave me full information I needed to make a decision for what would work best in my area, where we have a lot of trees, including pine trees. She was punctual and professional at all times, while still being very friendly. I really enjoyed meeting her, and found that the product she recommended looks great on my house. It is too soon to determine how well the product will hold up, but I have faith in the company and Theresa, so I feel comfortable that we will require very little maintenance.

The lady that came to measure stepped in dog poop, tracked it all over our deck and then wiped it off on our door mat!! What stupidity and rudeness!! Lady learn a lesson - wipe off feet on grass and clean up any mess that you make! With that lack of respect of a potential customers property is telling of how an installation would go! Then she laid her clipboard on our truck. Lady learn another lesson - that scratches the paint! We never did receive an estimate. Another important detail - get back to customer promptly!

We contacted Rain Mizer and a 1 other company for quotes. Our Gutter Pro Rep only quoted what we need for the size of the house. The company was competitively priced compared to the other quote. We made our decision and gave the approval and set an install date. The Merchant requested roughly 69% up front for materials for deluxe gutter guard mesh which needed to be ordered. Install day comes and a team of 2 arrived around 7:40 am. The guys took measurements, unloaded the box truck and started working immediately. Job lasted a few hours not even sure if they took any breaks. Later that evening we arrive to survey the quality of work and gave the ok to charge the remaining balance. End result house looks amazing and most of all they left the job site clean as they found it.

What do you say about a true professional company but other than - Amazing ! - Theresa came out and provided a proposal as promised - on time and very professional ! I had other companies come and provide a proposal, but none compared to the expert opinion and professionalism that Rain Mizer provided. Great communication on setting up the appointment, called before and day of to confirm the schedule of the appointment.... other companies just showed up when they felt it was good for them. When installation day came ... same thing - Rain Mizer called confirm schedule was still good... then showed up on time ! Installation was just as professional as the proposal... all was completed within a hour. All looked great - There was an area that had dual down spouts .. they matched these perfectly there was not any gaps or stand off in these... Very Nice ! Bottom line - Great Company and People to work with !

Theresa was to work with. She kept her appointment, gave a thorough estimate with multiple options for gutter size and screen combinations. She was responsive to my questions by email and scheduling the work was easy and only a couple weeks out. The team came and in one morning put in the whole house gutters and screens. The were professional and polite and cleaned up after themselves without a fuss. The gutters look beautiful and now our foundation is not threatened by water sitting near the house! Rain Mizer was fantastic to work with from start to finish. Theresa was very responsive and answered all of my many questions so I knew exactly what to expect and the timing of everything. The crew that came out to install the gutters were very professional, completed the work quickly, and walked me through everything they did. Oh, have I mentioned that the finished product looks absolutely beautiful! I can't say enough good things about Rain Mizer and highly recommended them!

Working with Rain Mizer is an absolute pleasure. Theresa, their sales and gutter design specialist provides the best customer service I have received from a home related provider in a long time, if not the best. She is very friendly, honest, extremely responsive and goes the extra mile. Really impressed. I first contacted them when I was in the option period of my house as I was pricing different repairs. That was in december. I was impressed with her knowledge, and pricing was extremely competitive. Definitely much lower than other drainage companies I found in this same site. Since we ended up redoing the whole exterior of the house I didn´t contact her until 5 months later. She honored the 2014 price she had offered back in December including the Angie's list discount. When the painters asked me to remove old gutters I called them and Theresa sent her employees to remove the old gutters weeks prior to the installation, no questions asked and without asking for any deposit or anything in advance. When it was time to instal, we had doubts about color and she provided excellent input. We ended up following her advice and the dark bronze gutters with round spouts look spectacular and work even better. After more than 7 months of home renovations, definitely the best provider I worked with yet. I recommending them to everyone I come across needing gutters. Thanks guys!

Rain mizer did good work. They were quick with actual installation and the cost was best among the companies I had come out (by a few hundred bucks). I had 5" gutters with down spouts and leaf screens installed on a one story home. I also had a rain barrel installed. My only complaint would have to be initial contact. When I first tried calling, I left message and never got a call back. I ended up sending message through Angie's List and then got a call for a quote. I think, however, this was pretty typical for this past summer in Houston because we had those huge rains, and then everyone decided to get gutters. Other installers were the same. Rain Mizer had the best price, however. And once I had Theresa's direct number and e-mail, it was very easy to get in touch. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to add gutters to their home.

Excellent work, significantly less expensive than I expected to pay, prompt and professional. I rarely recommend companies to family and friends unless I'm certain it will be a top quality service or craftsmanship. I would definitely recommend Rain Mizer for both.
