It was a wonderful experience working with Theresa. She came out and gave me an estimate, and answered all of my email questions promptly and completely. The workers show up on time and did a fabulous job making the gutters as discreet as possible on the front of my house.

They arrived on time and did the gutter replacement. I had selected a gutter guard that Ron said would do the job. After the first rain, I called Theresa and told her the rain guard did not work properly. Rodney came and replaced the gutter guards with different ones (at no charge) and these now work beautifully. Theresa and Rodney are great people and I would advise anyone who needs new gutters to use this company. These people are perfect for Angie's list as they do what they say they will do and are very pleasant to deal with.

Rain Mizer is a terrific company. Theresa was a pleasure to work with, she arrived on time for the estimate and fit me into their schedule within days. The price of the gutters and labor was very competitive with other area installers, but the professionalism and customer service was much greater with Rain Mizer. The workers arrived on schedule, installed everything, cleaned up, and the gutters look terrific. Rain Mizer should be your choice for any gutter work you need!

It went extremely well and I would definitely recommend Rain Mizer for this type of work to anyone. I gave them several B's in the report, but these would be "high" B's as it were :-) Price - B: They were relatively expensive compared to the other companies. But, as the saying goes, you get what you pay for. I definitely got a good value for the money. The work was fast, quiet, and very clean. Unless you are looking hard, you can't even see the work they did, which considering it is a gutter cover, is a good thing. Quality - A: Their team came out and did the work very quickly and quietly. From everything I can tell, the work was excellent and the covers really did the job in the recent rains. Responsiveness - A: Theresa was constantly in contact with me during the entire process, and she stuck to my preferred communication method (email). When I had questions, she answered them very quickly. Punctuality - B: I gave them a B because they were late. She had said her team would be there in the morning, and they showed up about 12:15 or so. It was not hugely late, but not when I had been told. Professionalism - B: I gave them the B here because the team that came out did not really speak English. While I don't mind this, I do normally expect there to be at least one member of a work crew that does speak English to talk with me. Instead, I had to email Theresa later about everything (not complaints, just to complement them). But, they did do an excellent job, and they cleaned everything up, and other than having clean gutters, you could not tell that they had been there. The workmanship was definitely an A. I would highly recommend them based on the work that they did for me. Higher priced, but the quality matches the price.

The work only took about 90 minutes. It was a pleasant day to complete the task.

Theresa came out to give me a quote 2 days after my initial contact, was on time for the estimate, and was very pleasant to review the work with. I liked the fact that she had 3 alternative systems for leaf protection and gave good guidance on performance. As a result, I had her quote on the "middle" system. Price for all work was only slightly higher than the lowest bid and I felt I would get better leaf protection with the quoted system. When I called to talk to Theresa after receiving all bids, she was very accomodating in meeting my schedule needs and that was a key factor in choosing Rain Mizer. The workers arrived promptly on the expected date and time. I was very impressed with their professional manner. They not only thoroughly cleaned my gutters but removed all debris from the roof and around the house. Removal of the old gutter and installation of new was done quickly and quietly. Our dog is sensitive to outside noise but only barked twice in the early going. Two hours after they started, I asked the lead guy if I could give him a check since I had to leave in 20 minutes to make an appointment and there was no one else home. He said they would finish in time and did not take the check. True to his word, they were complete in the allotted time with everything cleaned up. Right after I gave him the check, the other worker approached me about a problem he noticed while working on the upper roof of our 2 story home. He showed me where a branch that had come down during hurricane Ike had hit hard enough to penetrate the roof in a 3 inch diameter area. We had not had any water damage inside and I would not have noticed this from ground level had he not pointed it out. In time, slow water leakage would have damaged the roofing plywood and cost me a lot more money than this small repair will cost now. Overall, I could not have been more impressed with all aspects of this job and would gladly call on or recommend Rain Mizer in the future.

It went AWESOME! Teresa is very responsive and there to answer any questions. We had the gutter installation completed one week before Hurricane Ike hit us (Yea. Great. Right?). The gutters survived the storm except for one small area in the front of our house - a tree that stands right against the house slapped into the gutter and the roof due to high winds. We believe they did an outstanding installation because the gutters did not budge despite the wind and had that tree not been there (it won't be much longer!) the gutters would not have sustained any damage whatsoever. And, they did their job! We did not have as much depth of water as we have had before - again, nothing to do with Rain Mizer, their product or their installation. Our house has yard issues that cause water to collect. All in all, we found our experience with Rain Mizer, Teresa and her team very easy. The quote was what we paid and there was a small issue with installation of some fascia board which was quickly resolved and nothing worth worrying about. Teresa was sympathetic regarding the damage from the storm and gave us a deal for repairing the small area that was damaged - she has a conscience and did not vulture down on those of us who sustained damage from the storm. We were very pleased with them and highly recommend them. If asked by friends and family, I will offer up Rain Mizer as THE ONLY contractor for gutter repair, service and installation.

I met with Company representative and explained project. Cost estimate received within 1 day, which was acceptable. The project had some unusual features as it is over a door entry, with cooper pan and roof above, so I did not want any ladder on pan. Company representative made special note of this point. Workers were professional and did great job. The van has a gutter machine in it that custom fabricates on site the gutter product in the desired color. The leaf guard product looks great and easy to install, and I think it will stay in place where the others I had installed personally from hardware store kept falling out. The company representative had various types of leaf guards depending on the types of trees in area. I was particularly impressed that the company representative did not try to sell me all new gutters, but indicated that I would only need new leaf guards on some existing gutter that was already in place and worked fine. This was impressive to me as other companies were in the business of selling more than educating and informing. They also reinstalled a gutter downspout that was removed for installation of hardiplank on back of house as a courtesy to me which was appreciated. Thanks for the great job.

They came met with us and gave us an estimate on the spot. They were very friendly both during the initial meeting and the construction. Helped us pick out a gutter color that works great with our house color. Cheapest estimates we received, but great quality reports on the A's list. Did the whole job in a very short time. Did leave a few pieces of hardware, but nothing dangerous or sharp.

I made a call, the owner responded immediately to my need for a quick estimate because rain was ruining my deck where I had a new porch constructed. Theresa came out, measured and got back to me fast with a very reasonable estimate for the job and then sent two well-trained installers to put up my new gutters. The men were professional, pleasant and did the job so quickly I was amazed. Soon the rain came down again, water was escaping again onto the deck so I called the company for a fix. They sent out their squad who knew exactly how to remedy the situation & made an adjustment. This company is excellent. They are quick, easy to deal with and I will call them again when necessary.

They were very professional. They showed up on time. The gutters they installed are very high quality, they have held up in a couple big downpours so far. They were also very clean when they did their work.

Telephoned for an estimate. Theresa arrived on time to view the work required. She emailed me an estimate the same day. I ordered the work performed immediately based on Angie's List recommendations, Theresa, and price. The men arrived on time and worked very quickly and efficiently. It was a pleasure to do business with this company.

Rodney showed up within a day of my call to give me an estimate. He took measurements and emailed the estimate later that day. He began installing new gutters on the back of my house within 1 week. The gutters look great. The color matches well and the seamless gutters are much more attractive than those which they replaced. I'm very pleased with their work.

I called Theresa on a Monday to get an estimate for replacement of my entire gutter system. We made an appointment for the next day and she was right on time. She quickly looked at my system to see what I had, asked what I was looking for and then gave me her recommendations as to what she thought. She left and I had a written service proposal via e-mail within 30 minutes of her departure. I told her I wanted to get a few more estimates and she said to let her know if I wanted them to do the job. I had estimates from four other companies and Rain Mizer had the most for the money. I also thought they were more knowledgeable that the other four. I called Theresa back on Thursday and asked her to schedule me. We scheduled for two weeks from that day. On Monday I called and left a message for her that if she had any cancellations or postponements could I get the job earlier. She had an opening for the next day and gave it to me. When I got home I had a new gutter system.
