GREAT SERVICE. GREAT PRICE. Provided quote quickly and scheduled work within a week. It is very nice to work with a company that goes the extra mile. The design specialist, Ron, took time to walk around my house and include a couple of small adjusments to the existing gutter system in addition to providing a good design/estimate for the placement of new gutters in the back. The suggested design was thoughtful of the needs and really made a lot of sense. And at a really great price! I got a few estimates, all in this price range, but none included the extras like the adjustments to existing cement blocks and the warranty. It's not often these days to come across a company that takes pride in their work and does a good job for the sake of doing a good job - and not gouging customers in the process.

Rain mizer did an excellent job. The price was great in comparison to other companies. They showed up on time for both the quote and the installation. The gutters have worked great especially given the amount of rain Houston has recieved lately. During the installation, they also fixed an existing gutter so the rain would drain properly free of charge. There was one small snag. The installation crew did not have enough material. The crew came the next morning and finished the gutters. I did have some difficulty getting information about the issue and when it would be resolved. I was told they were switching out phones which I believe since the issue was resolved the next day. The bottom line is they did an excellent job and resolved the issue with the material shortage the next day. I highly recommend them.

RainMizer was referred to us by our roofers. They are also on Angies List. When I called to inquire about getting gutters on our house, Ron Rexrode called me back right away and made an appointment. He arrived on time, measured the house, listened to my concerns and made a few suggestions that actually saved us money. He waited until we had some other work finished, but called back in a few weeks to ask me how everything was going. He also sent me some names of some drainage companies he had worked with. When I told him we were ready to proceed, his office emailed me confirming a time. They also asked me to confirm how I'd be paying. The day before they came out, his office sent me an invoice and let me know I could give the check to the installers. The installers were eager to do a good job and make sure we were happy with it. They talked to my husband at length about how he wanted the gutters installed. He asked that they predrill the holes in the hardiboard facia and they were happy to do this, even though it took them a little longer. They arrived on schedule and two of them had the job completed in a few hours. The gutters look fantastic! Lucky for us, it rained right after they left and we were able to truly see the results.

Things couldn't have gone more smoothly! Great salesman--friendly, knowledgeable and explained procedures well. Removal of old gutters within a week and new gutters installed 3 days later. A very smoothly run business! Oh! that every project could be this painless!

From start to finsh, this company was totally professional. The CUSTOMER SERVICE they had was exceptional. We changed colors on short notice. We changed type and color again to follow the roof. Our price when down because of our choices. It was whatever we wanted and how could they help. What a great experience. I would recommend Rain Mizer to any and all for new or replacement gutters. St. Andrew's Episcopal Church thanks them for a job well done!

From our meeting with Ron who came out and provided information and an estimate through to Theresa coming out and bringing the splashboards for the downspouts, that didn't make it with the gutters, it was a very professional and personal experience. They are knowledgeable, on time, courteous, friendly, and great to have conversations with!! We would recommend them in a heartbeat (and already have!).

I called Theresa to schedule a free estimate. Due to my work schedule and Rain Mizer's business hours they offered to visit my home during the day, make some measurements and call me with an estimate. She came the next day, gave me a fair price and explained everything to me, and gave me a few days to think about it. I decided to go ahead with the work, within a week they came and installed it including a guard over my patio door to prevent a waterfall effect that I had been having which was causing extreme damage to my kitchen door and baseboards. It looks like it has always been there. Apparently it works amazing because it hasn't rained since!=) Also, I would like to add that even though they have set business hours, Theresa is very good at responding no matter what time or day to emails and phone calls. She and her crew (which I never met in person) were very pleasant and made this a wonderful experience.

We purchased a new home, and soon discovered puddles in the back yard due to poor grading. We needed gutters to divert the water away from the foundation and avoid future problems. I called Theresa and she was great. Our salesman was the absolute best!!!!! These guys are not pushy, and the workers were in and out so quickly, that I didn't realized they were gone! Theresa provides customer service...that's right, customer service. Rain Mizer treats its clients like they matter, and that goes a long way!!!

The sales guy was very good. He took the time to explain things. The crew that came out seemed very professional, and they knew what they were doing. They did a good job, so I'm happy about that. The only thing I was unhappy about was the price of the gutter screens which was way too high, so I didn't have them install all the screens. The price of the gutters was good.

Rod, our sales rep, was friendly and helpful and explained things to us in detail. Theresa, who set up our service and kept us up to speed on changes due to weather, etc., was very friendly and helpful. Rainmizer uses great communication - very useful. We were very comfortable and happy with the service they provided.

Overall, the job went very well and was performed as promised. I initially called and asked for an estimate on the job. We arranged for a meet. Their salesperson came to our house, we discussed the scope of the job and I received a cost estimate. I awarded the job to Rain Mizer, we scheduled a date for service, and we had another meet at our home to confirm some changes. I received a follow up phone call and email to confirm the date of service and arrangements for payment. The crew showed up the appointed day and the installation was done precisely as agreed. And without additional charge, they installed a rain barrel I had purchased and also relocated a rain chain for me. I received a follow up email to confirm the job was done correctly and to my satsifaction. I also received the sales receipt and a warranty for the work via email. Overall, I was most pleased with their service, professionalism and concern for the details of the job.

They were here when they said they would be, did all the work and cleanup in one day. We had them come out the following week to install screens on the gutters which they did in less than one day.

Theresa, from Rain Mizer, sent Ray out the same day I called. Ray was very courteous, arrived on time, and quickly got to work calculating the estimate. Ray took great notes detailing my installation instructions. I accepted their estimate, and scheduled an installation date with Theresa. My family and I had to leave town unexpectedly just before the installation date, but I had Rain Mizer continue with the installation as planned. When we returned home, the job was completed just as I had envisioned. The installation crew did a great job, and they cleaned up after themselves. They didn't even drink any beer from my outside fridge!

I called 5 different companies for gutter quotes on my home after replacing all of the siding/facia board. Several competitors were complete nightmares to deal with and took 3+ hours of my time EACH... so dealing with Rain Mizer was a breath of fresh air from the moment I contacted them. Always considerate of my time from start to finish, their salesman called me to let me know he might be 5-10 minutes late. I appreciated the call and consideration. He knew I met him on my lunchbreak, so we talked about what I needed and he let me go so he could finish the estimate/email it to me later. Upon receipt of the estimate, I found them to be very competitive in pricing. I continued my research of the competitors & ended up choosing Rain Mizer because of their reputation here on Angie's list. We scheduled the installation about 1.5 weeks out, partly due to my vacation. Although the crew did not arrive first thing in the morning as anticipated, they were professional and did a FANTASTIC job while they were there. When talking to the salesman, he offered various color choices/combinations, and I went along with the suggestion of using brick-colored downspouts. Because the original downspouts were not in place when discussing the work with him, I wasn't visualizing everything and overlooked the fact that some of them would be installed on siding instead. It wasn't until the crew had installed 7 out of 8 of the downspouts on siding that I realized I should have requested GRAY for that portion. I called Rodney around 4:00 p.m. and without hesitation, he told me they would take care of it the next day (only because they could not get materials over there the same day). Many other companies would have referred me back to the original estimate/sign-off on which RED DOWNSPOUTS was clearly stated, but instead, they rectified the situation. Having dealt with a series of contractors over the past 3 months on this 'house facelift', I cannot tell you how REFRESHING it was to receive customer service of this magnitude... but things did not stop there! The day after they came to complete the job, I received an email from Theresa inquiring about the installation and whether or not I was satisfied. I raved about the quality of the job they did and the wonderful customer service they exhibited when Rodney fixed my 'issue'... but commented to her that I wasn't happy with the brick-colored downspouts even on the brick. I also suggested they provide pictures of this as it is hard to visualize. A few hours later, I received a response from Theresa stating that they want their customers to be happy & offering to replace ALL of the red downspouts with GRAY as soon as she can work me back into the schedule. This is TRULY going above and beyond the call of duty, and I am so grateful to have come across a company who truly realizes their success will depend on word of mouth! They have a customer for life, and someone who will refer them every chance I get!!

First class job was done . The crew cleaned up everything after they were done. I looked at all the gutters I could reach and everything was done as expected. It has not rained yet but I am sure evrything will be working well.

Ron showed up as arranged and prepared the bid. He worked with us to limit the number of down spouts on the side of home, arranging to have the new gutter tied into the existing ones. Was open to creative thinking around one spout in the back as well. When I called to accept the proposal, we scheduled a date for installation. The team showed up exactly on time and completed the work in very quick fashion. They cleaned everything up as well.

The estimator came out. He was a lovely man whom I enjoyed meeting. He happily calculated several scenarios for me. I called the office to schedule and the installer came out a few days later. He ran late, but they did call to let me know. After completion of the installations, the installer asked me to review it. I discovered that the wrong gutter guard was installed. We called the office and they indicated that the right part was ordered, but the wrong one sent and that he would get it in overnight and be out to resolve. The office manager came out personally and fixed the problem the next day as planned. Everything is working beautifully.

Work done exactly as promised and they showed up on time. The sales consultant was excellent and did not try to oversell us, but gaves us plently of options and recommendations.

I took quotations from four gutter contractors while I was preparing to get my house repainted. I contacted Rain Mizer about 2 months earlier, and when I was ready to get the gutters installed, I called them back. They weren't the lowest price, but the comments on Angie's List indicated that previous customers were happy with their work. Ron was able to find my paperwork right away. He gave me the 10% Angie's List discount. I offered him an additional $25 to get the work done with the next week. Rain Mizer does not require a deposit and payment is due upon completion of work, which is the only way I will do business. They got the gutters installed within my time frame and got the bonus $$.

Theresa arrived right on time to measure the area where we needed the gutters installed. She gave us a verbal quote at the time she was there. The written quote itself took slightly longer than projected, but since we had the verbal it was not a big deal. They arrived and installed while we were at work, saving us the inconvienance of needing to take a day off of work. The gutters look great, and we are very pleased with them.

Great company. Estimator came out to measure & give estimate 3 days after first phone call. Installers came out a week later. They were one day late, since it's a small job, & they were finishing up another big job. Gutters looks great, collor matched house trim, excellent workmanship & materials. Highly recommended.
