I got ten percent off because I belong to Angie's List. It went very well. Teresa was very nice and they came out right away. They did it and it looks nice. It was easy. They were very friendly and very prompt. I didn't check a lot of people regarding price. I would use them again.

This contractor is as good as they get. Theresa kept track of every detail. Installation was prompt and right the first time. Highly recommended.

The overall experience went well. They have several options for keeping the gutters clean. They have a couple of options depending on if someone has regular leaves or in my case, I have only pine needles. It was good that they have the options. They got them up there, up well, and it looks good. It went very well.

I thought they did great work. They were quick, good, efficient. They also followed up to make sure I was happy. THey were albe to answer my questions, and overall just good to do business with.

Saw Rain Mizer on Angie's list and called for a free estimate. "Ron" showed up the next day (Saturday) to take measurements and provide a written estimate. Including a $64.00 discount for having sourced the company from Angie's list, the total estimate was $699 all in. I thought this was a very fair price for the project at hand. The product is machine rolled at the site with the produced gutter being seamless. Hangars are heavy duty and spaced at 30". I can literally hang on them. Ron left some color pieces for me to show the little woman to make sure the guttars matched the fascia on the house. I thought that was a nice touch. We confirmed the contracted price, they came out three days later, installed everything, cleaned up immaculately, and I called Theresa to say it was fine to hit my credit card for payment. All installation was done while I was at work. Totally painless from beginning to end. Great company.

The job was done quickly and efficiently. Everyone was pleasant and professional. This is a first class company.

Installers were on time and completed work according to agreement. Removed old gutters and debris. We have had no problems since work was done.

The smaller installation at my home had no issues. There was some confusion surrounding the rotting wood fascia that was to be replaced at my inlaw's home. The installers felt that it did not need to be replaced yet, my husband as well as the salesman, had felt that it needed replacement. My mother-in-law phoned me after the installers had told her that it was not necessary to replace the wood fascia. She was upset as this was not what we wanted done. I spoke to the owner directly and he was extremely responsive! He spoke to the installers right away and even drove to the house to make sure that the work had been done as expected. I was very impressed by his professionalism and responsiveness. His handling of this situation was very impressive and I would not hesitate to recommend Rain Mizer to others. The gutters at both properties look terrific.

It went very well. Theresa replied to my email promptly, and then Ron came out to give an estimate. He was a little late, but Theresa called to make sure it was OK. I had gotten other estimates for gutter cleaning (many people won't clean gutters on a really tall old house, so that in itself was an effort) and also for gutter replacement, so I knew the price was fair. Theresa coordinated the time to perform the work, the crew showed up exactly when scheduled, did all the work perfectly, and left the yard so that we would never know they were there. Great cleanup. Theresa called to make sure I was happy. I told her I put her on my calendar for next year's gutter cleaning, and she agreed to send me an email, too, since things get hectic and I could forget. I highly recommend RainMizer.

We waited after the rain on the passing Saturday to write this review. We are very happy that we have chosen RainMizer for our gutter project. The whole thing went very smoothly and our new gutter works well in the past rain. Ron was the sales consultant who came to our house to do the measurement. He is kind, polite, and knowledgeable. Besides taking measurements, he also gave a slide show with information about their company, the gutter installation, and our possible options. He is informative but not pushy. We are happy about the color that he helped us pick. The two workers who installed the gutters are very professional and worked very hard. The whole project finished in about five hours. My husband and I watched sometimes during their work and they really know what they were doing. We are very pleased with the quality of their work. The materials they used is of better quality than the old ones that the builder had installed in the front of the house. During the process, Teresa had been in touch with us and had us informed. We received the written warranty the next day after the installation from Rodney. They are kind people. We are also happy about their warranty. Overall, we felt lucky that we have dealt with such a capable company that treated us with respect. For us, it is very important. In return, I hope that our review will contribute to help the good businesses thrive.

Rain Mizer did an excellent job from the quote, to communication and scheduling, to finished job. They were timely in arriving for the quote, gutter removal, and installation. Theresa was on top of the whole process from setting up a quote to ensuring we were happy with the installation. She coordinated fascia repair with a subcontractor they recommended who also did an excellent job. We have a 70 run of gutter on one side of the house and even that run is totally seamless. The downspouts are larger than our original gutters which greatly increases the volume of water we can handle during a Houston deluge.

They arrived on time and did what they agreed to do in a professional manner. They removed debris to my satisfaction. Removing the old wood probably took more time than they anticipated but that was not a problem. I appreciate the fact the work was done as agreed to and there was no problem with anything. They were also significantly less expensive than other bids for this minor work.

Their quote was almost double of the company we went with. The gentleman that came out was very professional and knowledgeable about the product. All the companies we got quotes from had the same exact product. It wasn't about the product necessarily, but what they were trying to sell us. He tried to sell us wider gutters and down spouts and very fancy gutter screens. We did not need that. We needed additional gutters but not the fancy stuff. He never gave us a quote for the standard size gutters. He was fine but did not give us a quote to replace what we had. He was trying to sell.

Theresa and Rain Mizer were a pleasure to do business. Would not hesitate to recommend them.

Called to Theresa and set an appointment for the supervisor to inspect our house. I had to cancel and reschedule due to a work commitment and Theresa was very accomodating. At the scheduled time Theresa arrived and inspected the work to be done. She prepared a detailed estimate and scheduled the work at the same time. Not an easy task with a 100 pound puppy helping every step of the way. Theresa had said she would give us a reminder call a day before the scheduled install. She called a day earlier than that informing us of an earlier date and we agreed. The crew showed up on time and prepared to perform the task exactly as Theresa had promised. They installation was quick, professional and looks great. A few days later there was a heavy rainstorm and the eavestrough and downspouts performed admirably. I would recommend Rain Mizer and Theresa to anyone that is comtemplating this type work as they went above and beyond my expectations.

Ron, the Gutter Design Specialist, came out, went over everything with me and gave me an on-the-spot estimate - he was pleasant and helpful. I was worried about rotting behind the original gutters but we couldn't do anything about that until the gutters came down. The guys who took down the gutters were very nice but didn't speak very good English. There was some rotting behind the gutters so through Rain Mizer we got an estimate to replace the rotted wood. It was more then we anticipated so my husband, who is very handy, replaced all the rotted wood himself over a couple of weekends. The gutter installation went well. The only glitch was that they had neglected to install spacers between the gutters and the wood. Our previous gutters sagged so this was big concern for us. I had talked about my concern with Ron during the initial consult. I called Rain Mizer and they told me that it was standard to install spacers behind 6" gutters. It was an accidental oversight on their part. They came out the next week to install them. Everyone with Rain Mizer was very nice and friendly. I would definitely use them again.

Great! Theresa in the Rainmizer office was very prompt in responding to my inquiry and promptly set up a convenient appointment for an estimate. Rodney was on time for the estimate and provided helpful information for our decision purposes. The installation took place two days later and was done in no time. The gutters look and work great, and the crew protected our landscaping well. Payment was a breeze (credit card), and receipts and warranty (a good one) were promptly provided. I'll use these folks again.

It went great. They were prompt, attentive, and really knew their stuff. They said they'd start the job @ 8:00 a.m. on the 5th. They started at 8:00 a.m. on the 5th. It's a family business, and it shows: the office is run by the wife (Theresa) and she is charming, attentive, and provided great follow-up. The husband (Rodney) was just as great. I stayed at home working while the work was being performed and although there was alot going on, it wasn't even intrusive to my concentration. Plain and simple, Rain Mizer did a great job for me, and I would recommend them to anyone.

Very prompt for the bid appointment. The rep understood I was on a tight budget and agreed that my downspouts did not need replacing (compared to competitor that insisted I had to have a larger downspout). Installers were very experienced and solved a little problem regarding connecting the new gutters to the old downspouts. I had to remind them to not drop the old screws (from old gutters) on the ground (I provided a bucket). They were very polite and got the job done in less than 2 hours - very efficient.

Went well. They came about 8:00 am and finished before 12 pm.

This paragraph is to update my previous excellent review of this company. This is due to the gutter overflowing and also not draining well, but mainly due to the fact that I have contacted them multiple times by email (both directly to the company via emails I had received, but also through their website contact form) but have not heard anything back over a very long period of time. With all the positive feedback Rainmizer had I had a strong feeling that I would be treated fairly and I was. Ron was a real gentleman and described the work to be done and knew what he was doing. Ron gave us the angies list discount their company offers and was willing to work with us on the price (this, combined with the angies list feedback which gave them an "A" for price, saved me the headache of having to get a lot of other quotes.) Amazingly, the company scheduled the work the first business day after we were ready to have the work done. I had a few minor issues with the installation and the team came out the very next day in response to my email and cleared it up well--and Theresa communicated very well in this process. Although the way some of the ends around the gutters look different than I'm used to (a stapled look), I like that they have their own machine that makes a seamless gutter. It so happened that there had been a drought and the night after the installation we got a torrential downpour and it was nice to know we had the gutters in place. Now with these gutters installed, I'm looking forward to putting some dirt in/gardens and drainage tubes to be sure I don't get anymore water under my house or damage to my foundation. The crew graciously even connected the gutter they installed to the drainage tubes I had put in my front yard.

Wonderful! Ron, Gutter Design Specialist, came out, went over everything with me, gave me an estimate - he was a joy to work with as well as Theresa, the Receptionist. Very friendly, straightforward and timely. Very impressed with their professionalism. :) Also the men who installed my gutters were friendly, easy to talk to and got the job done in less than 3 hrs - also very professional. They measured everything and it all fit perfectly. The color of the gutters also matched my house beautifully. Am very pleased with this company - highly recommend them and would use them again!
