Theresa, came to provide estimate on the same day contacted. Her installation team arrived as scheduled (rain delay only), and did a thoroughly professional installation job.

They're fantastic. They were on time, great with keeping up with communication and very professional. The gutters look wonderful.

The whole experience was wonderful. Theresa came out and provided an estimate of the work to be performed. It was accurate. The work was done professionally. In fact, there was no evidence that work was done - everything was cleaned up and looked like it had been there. This was a very positive experience at an extremely reasonable price. I would highly recommend them for work to be done.

Called Theresa on 8/29/11 asking for a quote, she was out there that afternoon! After giving us a bid, I let her know I wanted to get a few more competitive quotes. Since we were in a drought, I wasn't in a hurry. After getting the quotes, (theirs was the best) we made a few adjustments (gutter size, eliminate one downspout), Rain Mizer gave us a super deal! We agreed on a 9/6/11 install date, 2 gentlemen (1 her brother) showed up on time and knocked it out in no time! They took extra care to install a downspout that run underneath a new deck and into a drain pipe. Very polite and professional installation team and great customer service from Theresa. Now that we've finally had some rain, I can say the gutters are performing as promised and I am completely satisfied. Thank you Theresa and crew!

Let me start out by saying that Theresa is one the best people I've ever had the pleasure of working with. She went out of her way to make sure that the entire project was perfect, and that the color of paint for our trim would be a perfect match to our gutters (it was). She went to Sherwin-Williams a few times to get an exact match from the actual gutter samples, and the house looks amazing because of her hard work. She has such a positive, can-do attitude and I very much appreciate that. The crew was also great. They arrived right on time on Dec 14th and were very hard workers. They were able to take down the remainder of the old down-spout and install the new gutters very quickly and efficiently. They also installed a 50 gallon rain-collection barrel for us. It rained pretty heavy the next morning, so I was able to verify that all gutters were a perfect seal. Thank you very much for your outstanding work, Theresa and crew! I wish all companies were as easy to work with as yours. I would recommend this company to anyone, as they are the most professional company who bid for us, were the most cost effective and gave us a perfect product at the end.

They were great. They were on time and finished the project on-time, as well. We have two good rains since and it worked perfectly. They also called followed up to say they were on their way, which was very nice.

The work looks great. They matched the colors well, which was imortant to me and installed the gutters efficiently. I thought the price was fair and everything was on time, on schedule.

Theresa was awesome! She was very honest and helpful in the whole process, explaining the different sizes and covers to use based on the types of trees we had on our lot. She came out a couple of times as the job was going on to make sure I was happy, she also did a great job of following up after the first visit with an email as well as through out the job, staying in constant communication with me as to what I could expect. I feel like I got a good quality product for the price I paid and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for gutters. She also told me about Angie's List and encouraged me to go on line and check it out. I had only used Service Magic prior, so I was very happy to learn or another option. I have been very satisfied with all the companies I have found thru Angie's list!

The experience was beyond expectations. Thersea came out at the arranged time to discuss the details of what I wanted done. She was very knowledgable and personable. She offered suggestions and options that I didn't think of. She tolerated my laymen's questions and answered them without making me feel silly for even asking. She make a sketch of the layout and said she would email me a quote. If I decided to make some changes due to the cost she said she would do her best to accommodate. We agreed on the cost and the amount of work to be done. The next day the team was at the house, I came home at lunch expecting to find them still working and they had been there, finished, cleaned up and gone. The gutters on the house looked awesome. Theresa and her team went above and beyond in their deliverable of my solution. I got my money's worth and more, I almost wish I had more work for her she was that awesome! If you need gutter work done I strongly encourage you to look No Where else. I have waited a few weeks to write this review to see how the gutters hold up and how the support would be but I have not had any issues at all. Theresa did follow up with me to make sure I was 100 satisfied. This company is run the way all businesses should be, they live and perform by their word. Very positive experience. We received a bid and had the work completed within days. We were very comfortable in working with Theresa from RainMiser and are happy with the appearance and function of our new gutters.

It took longer than even they anticipated, as it was a big project. The toughest part was a round turret that covers the entry of the home 25 feet high. That stumped them a bit, but they did a stellar job and came the next morning to complete the job versus just throwing something up that was half way done. Since they completed this over a month ago, we noticed that there was a leak in one section of gutter, and they immediately came out to fix the problem with no questions asked. You will not be disappointed with the service and quality of worksmanship that you get from them.

After reading many reviews here on angie's list , I called 3 companies to get estimates. 2 never returned my calls. Theresa with RainMizer , returned my call later the same day, and subsequently scheduled an appointment for an estimate. They were prompt, very informative, and answered all our questions. We were comfortable with the estimate based on what we ready on reviews here, and scheduled an appointment to have the job done by them. They showed up the day they were scheduled, right on time. They completed the job just as planned, and were very careful while doing the job. When they were done, they cleaned up behind themselves, and asked me to do a thorough inspection of their work. Everything was done, as planned. Their work was very well done! We were very pleased and will highly recommend them to anyone who needs gutter work.

I called and spoke with Theresa and set up an appointment for an estimate. This was my fist time using Angie's list. I was very impressed with her knowledge. She brought me samples of all my choices. We placed are order the next day since the screen coverings for the gutters had to be ordered( took about a week). Unfortunately, we have several pine trees so the coverings are quite expensive. When the guys came out for the installation they too were extremely nice and professional. We liked their work so much we are finishing the rest of the house and garage. They definitely lived up to their reputation. I'm definitely a fan of Angie's list as well.!

Everything went exceptionally well. Price was fair, the quality of the work was exceptional and Theresa kept me informed every step of the way. If this gutter thing doesn't work out she could earn a fortune teaching contractors how to treat their customers! A++++

A wonderful, fantastic experience....

Owner arrived as scheduled for the initial meeting, to walk the property and work up cost estimate. She provided a cost estimate at that time, and we scheduled the tear-down of the old gutters for two days later. The tear-down work was completed as scheduled, and they cleaned up the property before leaving the site. There was some minor wood rot on a few pieces of the fascia board, so they replaced those pieces and painted them to match the house trim. Two days later, they installed the new gutters with leaf guards, as scheduled. Everything looked great! The owner then scheduled a post-job walk through for the next day. She spotted one spot where she thought there should have been a splash-guard, and that the workers come back out and install one. A few days later, she sent the 50-year transferrable warranty on the product and the work. I was VERY impressed with the company, and the quality of the work!!!

Overall the project went quite well. We had picked a gutter color looking at the color swatch trying to match the color of the stucco house. But when they arrived for installation in the morning, I found out that the color of the gutter pieces did NOT match. Fortunately, they had one piece of the gutter on their truck with a color that was the next shade on the swatch. And, that color matched perfectly with our house. Rain Mizer were nice to change the color at the last moment. They sent another person with all the gutter pieces with the new color to swap out. They said it was important that I was happy with the installation. I appreciated that. They finished the work in one day. A few days after the installation, I observed the flue cap that sits over the exhaust from gas water heater in my back yard. I figured that must have fallen because of a bump by a gutter piece or banging on the house. I brought this to Rodney's attention. He sent the installer to put the cap over the exhaust pipe. It hasn't rained a lot since the installation but after a couple of pours I noticed that the gutters are pretty much doing their job. The water does stagnate a little longer on the round section of the roof line. I will observe more when it rains next. I am not worried much because they have a 15 yr warranty on the installation.

The company was super responsive and generous with information. We live quite a distance from their office, and they never hesitated about coming to our area. A representative came to our home at a time convenient for us and explained all of their gutter options. He gave us lots of detail, but did not waste our time. Best of all, he was easy to work with and there was no hard sell. The quote was just in line with all of the other gutter quotes, but included slightly larger gutters and downspout (so - better deal). They also had a couple of discounts at the time which we took advantage of. The gutter work was to follow a full outside paint job, and we were still in the process of picking a painter when we got this gutter quote. They understood completely and waited a few weeks while we picked the painter, had a brief vacation, and then had the house painted. Super, super understanding and patient! In the middle of the painting, we experienced a color change to the house trim color, and this also then involved a change to the gutter color. We contacted the office immediately to see if they could accommodate this change. Theresa was so very friendly and helpful with our request. She not only understood and agreed to the change, but, since time was short, she volunteered to take her gutter paint chips to her nearest Sherwin-Williams to make sure we picked the best gutter color to match the new trim color. Then she texted a pic of her choice to me, just to make sure I agreed! Everything about this was sincerely outstanding customer service!!! The workers arrived on time, with all of the needed equipment, and completed the job quickly and with attention to detail. They even added a little bend in the downspout coming down a column, to accommodate where the column expanded for a brick lip - nice touch! They cleaned up after themselves fully (and much better than the painter did) when they were done. I cannot say enough good things about this company! They made a dreaded job very easy to handle. We will be using them again to add leaf covers to our gutters. I highly recommend them.

I contacted them via phone and had Theresa come out and give me an estimate the next day, and had the gutters installed the day after that. Very prompt service. They really tried to match the color of our house exactly with the gutters, and put in nice screens on top of the gutters to keep them from getting clogged ever with the large trees in our backyard. The installation took just a couple hours and was very professional.

Outstanding company! From careful, precise measuring through fast, flawless installation, this was a very pleasant experience! All personnel were experienced, courteous, and honest! We also appreciated the time Theresa & Rodney took to answer questions & explain what was needed. House is 100 yrs old, so there were a few odd angles & exterior pipes, etc, to work around. As we live in a historic district, we really appreciated their careful consideration of downspout placement to blend in well with the architecture - they also were scrupulous in matching our paint color. (When some woodrot was discovered, RainMizer's recommended wood repair guy did an excellent job, too.) The installation itself went fast & smoothly w/ a beautiful result! Their complete professionalism guarantees that we'll recommend them highly!

This was a good experience from start to finish. My initial contact with the company was based on recommendations on Angie's List. Theresa arrived on time for the free estimate, prepared excellent documentation describing the work to be done, and continually followed up on the status of the work, and my level of satisfaction. The installers did a great job just as Theresa had promised they would.
