Very smooth. Theresa arrived at the appointed time and we walked the property together. I mentioned the things I would like to do and she either agreed or countered with logic and viable alternatives. Previous to this I had a few other quotes from older firms. Their prices were quite a bit higher and they didn't accept credit cards. On the day of installation the crew showed up on time, Once again we walked the property to verify what was to be done and how. They completed the job in about two hours. Soon after they left we had a torrential downpour and all gutters worked as expected, channeling all the excess water away from the patio and other problem areas. 2 THUMBS UP!

An excellent and very fast job. They were creative enough to close out existing gutter since it couldn't be connected (new ones were mounted higher than old ones due to raised patio cover) and not leave a gap for any water to leak. The color matched exactly with what he had and so no need to paint over it. That easily saved us some money. Would hire again!

It went BEAUTIFULLY. Theresa came out to my house for the estimate right on time, recommended one more downspout than I'd originally planned, but it made good sense. She told me what day they'd do the work, and when I got home, it was complete. The work looks FANTASTIC, and I'm extremely pleased with the price.

Arrived on time, tidy work and answered all my questions. Hasn't rained yet, but gutters look good! Pricing and warranty was how I chose them.

Job was done professionally and looks great.

Still waiting (over a year) for them to come back and fix the damage they did to the front of my house! VERY POOR customer service from the owner

Theresa came out within a week from placing the call for them to give us a bid on gutters /cover install. Had to give a $1500 deposit for them to get the job started and on the books. Crew showed up a few wks later (08/25/2016) on time and installed the product. Walked around the back of the house to the front with the crew boss everything "looked" fine was told the job was completed without difficulty, asked for check and took off. Finished looking around and walked up to the garage side where the truck/crew were parked and looked up and noticed the whole front side of the metal flashing above the garage doors had been pulled out (then they must have realized OOPS no gutters here!) SO they tried bending /ponding it all back into place. Needless to say it was quit noticeable! This wouldn't have been such a big deal, BUT not one word was said to us about this screw up! They could have said "hey we had a problem up front with the flashing, but I've talked with the boss and we will get that fixed ASAP" BUT no, they just grabbed the check and tore out of there! Called Theresa right and she said "oh no problem" we will get that fixed right away! Well it's now 04/10/2017 and I'm still waiting on this to be repaired, plus ALL the splash guards to be replaced, since they were not big enough in the 1st place to prevent runoff. We have noted more areas that are leaking (sent more pictures to David (the owner) but still have not gotten a response back. Will update this review when things get fixed.

Theresa came out to the house to quote the work that was needed to be performed. She was extremely kind, knowledgeable and professional. The install went well and the quality of the product and install was exceptional. Theresa called to follow up letting me know when they would be arriving and again followed up when they completed the project. I will definitely use Rain Mizer again in the future and will gladly refer them out to all.

I sent an email and they responded. An appointment was made on Saturday, which was kept and an estimate given with an Angies List discount and a date for the services to be performed. We were not home at the time the work was done but came home and everything was done as agreed with no trace they were there.

House was originally built with gutters only along the front of the house w/ improperly measure and installed downspouts which contributed to foundation issues. Theresa came out did a full walk-around of my home and explained what would be best and why it was necessary in her opinion. She was very knowledgeable, gave me estimates on both 5" and 6" gutter systems (both very reasonable), and pointed out some minor repairs that needed to be made before installing the new system. Was scheduled and completed within 2 weeks. Installation team was punctual, worked quickly, and did a really clean job on the install. The new system looks beautiful and has gotten a real test over the past two days with the heavy rains. Could not be more pleased.

The project was evaluated quickly and properly. The work was done successfully in a few hours. Communication was conducted smoothly. I will use them again!

Responsive, delayed project due to Christmas lights, helped get boards replaced when old gutters removed, very helpful. Price appears to be competitive with others. Highly recommend.

Courteous on the phone, prompt in calling after submitting request on Angie's List, quickly scheduled visit for quote, price was FAR better than other bids I received, flexible in scheduling day for work to be performed. Gutters match my existing gutters and home perfectly, quality is excellent.

Rain Mizer installed gutters quickly (in about four hours) and professionally. I am impressed with Rain Mizer and I don't impress easily. As a matter of fact, I have become increasingly disappointed with service providers from a range of industries. I have often had to supervise and monitor the work being done in order to ensure good service and the desired result. Theresa, from Rain Mizer, put my mind at ease almost instantly and followed through with her promises, winning me over. The installation team worked quickly...AND with high quality...a rare combination. I highly recommend this fine company to anyone seeking quality and a team that does what it says it will do.

Theresa was friendly and knowledgeable in scoping and quoting the work. The crew was punctual and professional.

They never return my emails to schedule appointment after I got the quote from them. If they do not want to do it, just say no or the quote was too low and want more money. I am thinking good luck with my warranty. I do not expect they will return my requests either. The person who installed my gutters was nice. Just bad management.

I had a great experience with Rain Mizer. Theresa, the owner, was very prompt when she came out to give me an estimate. She walked the property, went back into her car and drew me out a map of our home and where she would recommend 5" gutters (most of our home) and where she would recommend a 6" gutter (one length of our home). She also stated where she would recommend our 3/4 downspouts to be, but then asked for my opinion and what would work best for our family. She had a wide variety of swatches for gutter colors on hand and she stated that they only use Senox products (apparently the best to use in the gutter world...the things you learn!). I took bids from 2 other companies and in the end, Rain Mizer, by FAR was the best bid we received and I really liked the vibe I got from Theresa, so we decided to move forward with her company. On the day of our install (just yesterday, actually), the crew was timely, they were cutting the gutters straight out of their van...so that they were the exact length needed for each portion of our house. It took them about 1.5 - 2 hours for the whole job (we have a fair amount of area that needed gutters...well, the whole, 2-story home, in fact...why homes in Houston, TX are required to have gutters put on them at their build date is beyond me)! Theresa followed up with me after the install to see how I felt about the look and how the crew did. We have been having quite a bit of updating done to our home recently and I have talked to a lot of contractors in the process. Theresa was very professional, knowledgeable and I would recommend her and her company to anyone looking for new or replacement gutters!

See review submitted 4/11/2017 As of today still have not been contacted by David the owner of Rain Mizer! Last communication from him was on 1/31/17! The last message I received was dated 5/5/17 from Theresa basically saying its out of her hands that David would have take care of the issue. VERY POOR customer service!

It was very easy to communicate with Rodney, the owner, over emails and messages. They did the work over 2 days, removed the old gutters one day and then came back to do the install. There was some confusion on them hauling away the trash but Rodney corrected the issue in hours to our satisfaction. The gutters have been performing very well over the last 1 year and I would definitely recommend this service provider for any such job again.

OK - but the covering looks very cheap and I was charged extra for the covering on the gutter! During the installation, one of the installer knock the wall so hard that my clock fell off the wall and broke into pieces. Communication on his part would have save them forty dollars to replace the wall clock!

Very well. Their rep, Teresa, provided a very reasonable quote in a very timely manner. Answered all my questions. Gutters installed in less than a week. Install team was very professional and efficient. They even left me some corrugated pipe/adapters to connect my new downspouts to an underground drain pipe removing rain water that much faster. Im in Katy and we haven't yet had a heavy rain to see how the complete system works but I look forward to seeing it in action! Thank you for your service.

Went very well. They were able to come give me a bid two days after I called. Their bid beat out 2 other bids I received. I accepted the bid on Wednesday and they were able to work me into the schedule on Monday. Very pleased with the look and the craftsmanship.
